brewer dead already

i bought my k-supreme last august - loved it until it quit on me this morning. i have been in the queue for a live chat with customer service since this morning (#2 for the last 90 minutes). i would be very hesitant to buy another one - too much money for such limited use.

No Coffee

Worked great for 8 months and then quit. No Power!

Bought and registered on April 2, 2022. Just quit completely - no power. Called tech support thinking there may be a reset somewhere and was sent a form to return with photos for them to send me a new one. They way he talked it seems that this is a common problem. Have no idea how long it will be as have not received any confirmation yet. No Coffee for us unless we buy something else.

Iced coffee all day!

I am soooo not savvy when it comes to setting things up, but this was by far one of the easiest products to set up. It’s a great size fits well in my kitchen without taking much space. There are many great features, my favorite being the iced coffee option!! You can also brew a strong cup when needed! Having the reservoir is great & makes brewing a cup easy. I love it!

Influensters campaign for testing purposes and I’m thankful I did! I’ve been using it for a few days now and I absolutely love it! Not only does it have a filter but with the handle the on the water storage and it’s super easy to remove it to fill it up. I was super excited to find out that this one actually goes up to 12 ounces and I’ve taken advantage of it! It is so easy to just flip up the handle, insert your K-Cup, select your size then brew and you are ready to go! With this model you don’t have to stand around and wait for your water to preheat for what feels like a century. This is perfect for lazy people like me who need their coffee quick in the morning and don’t like doing more than they need to. The coffee is delicious and there is even a button if you want to put it over ice! How awesome is that?! Thank you Keurig and Influenster I will definitely be recommending it to all of my friends!

Major improvements overall!

This is the first Keurig we’ve had in many years and I am so impressed with the changes they’ve made! The most notable is how quickly it brews from when it’s turned on- no more waiting for what seems like an eternity to have your morning cup. I love that you have multiple customization options for strength, temperature, hot vs iced, and size (up to 12 oz) PLUS you can save 3 different settings as favorites. It runs 5 streams through each K-Cup vs the single stream of other models, which brews a much more full bodied cup that tastes closer to a traditional coffee maker. The ONLY downside I’ve noticed thus far is that it seems to splatter more than previous models, but that is a quick clean up so I don’t mind too much. Overall I am very pleased with this Keurig! Definitely worth it.

Does the job

My BIGGEST complaint about this coffee maker is that you can't cancel a pour once it's started. Say you misjudge the size of your mug and need to stop the stream - on the original model you could just press the power button and it would stop, not with this one. Yes, you can just open the pod compartment, but I just don't understand why the power button method doesn't work. Also, why does the machine turn on whenever you open the pod compartment?

2nd (replacement) now has same problems as 1st.

Original machine last a few months and then it would make less and less coffee each time. Finally down to just 4 cups instead of 12. Reset machine, descaled it multiple times, no luck. Contacted customer service, they had me go thru some various exercises...no luck. They replaced he machine in June 2020. Here we are in April 2021, less than a year later and now instead of 12 cups, we get 6. Gone thru same exercises, reset, descale multiple times...no luck. Guess it is time to contact customer service but this is ridiculous. Very very disappointed in this brewer. When it works, it makes great coffee. But, it is a waste of coffee in this machine.

Better????

I’ve owned a keurig coffee maker for about 20 + years & always loved it for the simplicity—have bought 4-5 through those years but the k-supreme lacks a lot—1- can’t fit my yeti 20 oz under the server. 2-have over the years bought xtra individual pods that fit every keurig up until this one—had to go out & buy new pods-my k cups for 10 a piece-then after coming home to set it up-had to go to 3 different sites to show me that the pods had to be disassembled to use & then remove another part from the k-supreme-wow guys sorry but this will be my last Keurig—-

Newer Unit

Bought this unit to replace a unit that was 9 years old. The older unit was always extremely loud. When the pump would run to fill the heater it sounded like our garage door opening and when making the coffee it also was quite loud. My spouse just got sick and tired of the noise when making coffee. Also, had to run the water through a couple of times to get the stronger brew. Hook this up today and ran a couple of cups of water through to check the flow and temp. Temp was 172 and the 12 oz gave 12 oz's. Ran a 12 oz cup of Dark Roast through and it came out great. The 5 prong works great to ensure more coffee in the pod gets hot water through it.

Avoid this machine!

I loved my new Keurig for 3 months until the Descaler light came on. I descaled it per the directions twice and the descaler light would not go off. Then it started making about 2 ounces and shutting off. I have descaled it 8-10 times. I've lost count! The bottle of descaler solution, not the little pouches. The last time I descaled it two times back to back and used the rinse pods. The descaler light is still on and it still shuts off after about 2 ounces. I have descaled this machine more times in 6 months than my old one that I had for more than 5 years. I wish I had kept the old one. It was slow and noisy and big and clunky, but at least it made coffee.
