Amazing product

Nothing screams MORNING like a delicious cup of freshly brewed coffee. I work as a nurse so I do NOT have the patience (or willpower) to even measure out instant coffee to brew. Keurig makes my coffee-making routine simple and delicious. This machine is so easy to use and is super easy to set up. Setting up my new Keurig took about five minutes and I really appreciate that this Keurig has a built in filter to make my coffee consistently clean and fragrant. Something to note is that this Keurig pokes MULTIPLE holes into the coffee pod, allowing for the entire cup to be fully used, unlike the previous models. Also, I love the new ICE option because I am an iced coffee fanatic! Overall, Keurig did an amazing job and I highly recommend this to new and old Keurig fans! * I received this as a complimentary product for testing purposes

Never Happy!

I haven't been happy with this coffee maker since I first bought, less than 18 months ago. Especially the reusable cup feature, it spits all over the place and no matter the coffee grind or k-cup, the coffee always comes out on the weaker side (even with Strong selected. Today, I descaled it and now it refuses to turn on. Have googled and tried all methods to restart, but nothing. My last Keurig didn't last much longer. Only one of the originals worked really well. Very disappointed!

EYE-OPENER!

I've had a couple of K-Classic brewers, and my most recent one is still working, but I decided to gift myself a K-Supreme for Christmas. I expected the same, dependable Keurig cup of brew, but surprise! The coffee from the K-Supreme is SO MUCH BETTER, more intense. With the first sip, I felt like I'd moved from black-and-white to color. If you love coffee, you'll love this brewer! (Try it with Tully's Hawaiian Blend!)

DOES NOT ACCEPT CHOCK FULL OF NUTS PODS

Have had the brewer for a couple of months replacing an older model. It brews great coffee withe the standard all plastic pods BUT DOES NOT PUNCTURE THE TOP OF THE CHOCK FULL OF NUTS BAG BOTTOM PODS, Which by the way brews a superior tasting coffee!!

I wouldn't buy this machin if someone forced me...

I've taken some time to wait and write this review, due to the fact that I've been a LOYAL Keurig coffee pot owner for over 20 years... (That is now in question) I purchased this unit in March of 2021 and have regretted it every day since then. As I sit here in November of 2021, I'm ready to smash it with a bat. Today alone, I've had two K cups explode everywhere, and leak grounds all over the machine. The new design has these extra metal prongs that poke into the top of the cups, and it tends to tear the top of the cups. This then allows the grounds to overflow out the top of the cup and make an insane mess. Due to the bizarre design of the machine, it makes cleanup very challenging. For the record, I ONLY Purchased this machine, because my prior machine started to be a little loud when it would run. I've now switched back to that till I decide what to do next. I'm very disappointed in this machine.

Would not recommend

I received this as a gift for christmas from my mother (she gave it to me after the new year). I'm currently on our third one. It shuts off randomly. We have had customer support try to help us fix it over the phone, but it didn't work. It's a great product...when it wants to work. It's been 3 months and I'm already one my third one! I'm going to wait for this one to die out and try a different model. 4

Great, except for one thing.

I bought this specifically to save some room on my counter, and I like having the feature to make my coffee stronger too. It makes great coffee except for one thing: It does not brew my Cameron eco pods, which is good coffee. It brews clear because they are shorter, and the holes do not get punched in them. The older model brewed them no problem, so that is the one disappointing factor of this machine. I need to experiment more, and maybe I will get it to work by making holes in the pods, but I really shouldn't have to do that.

Good concept, poor execution

I’ve had this brewer less than a month. I live the “stronger” feature but overall find the machine very flimsy. It splatters coffee all overvalued counter, and after one week of use the “descale” button lit up. I’ve now de scaled it twice in a week and it’s still lit. The first time I used white vinegar & the second time I bought the descaling kit. After the holidays, I’m putting this cheap piece of crap in the garbage and buying a different brand. I’ve been a loyal Keurig customer for years (this is at least the 5th machine I’ve bought) but they’ve lost my business now. If I could give less than one star, I would.

Great coffee when it works right

Bought this back in June and it made some great tasting coffee for about a month before it started to glitch. After roughly a month, it began to pour quite a bit of water into our cups, with only one fine stream of actual coffee mixed in, making for a very watery and unsatisfying cup of joe. We tried descaling first, then changed the filter and when that didn't work we inspected the machine to see if something had broken. Nothing had broken and we are at a loss as to how to fix it. Looking into getting a refund or replacement.

Plastic taste

Was excited to get the newest Keurig home as our 10 year old Keurig just died. Followed the directions exactly and brewed my first cup. The taste of my coffee (grounds) was different. I couldn’t pinpoint what it was. Then later in the day I made a cup of tea (k-cup). It too, tasted “off.” I ran 4 cycles of plain hot water and tasted each one. It was then I discovered a plastic taste. I returned the unit to the store and got the same exact one thinking that it couldn’t happen again. Unfortunately, the same plastic taste was there. I even had another family member taste some hot water that I “brewed.” I noticed that the clear plastic reservoir had a strong plastic odor. The water that I used to fill the reservoir came directly from my filtered refrigerator dispenser. That water tasted perfect but when it was brewed by this coffee maker, it tasted really bad. I had to return it for a refund. I’m really disappointed because it’s a beautiful machine but it makes terrible tasting coffee.
