I wouldn't buy this machin if someone forced me...

I've taken some time to wait and write this review, due to the fact that I've been a LOYAL Keurig coffee pot owner for over 20 years... (That is now in question) I purchased this unit in March of 2021 and have regretted it every day since then. As I sit here in November of 2021, I'm ready to smash it with a bat. Today alone, I've had two K cups explode everywhere, and leak grounds all over the machine. The new design has these extra metal prongs that poke into the top of the cups, and it tends to tear the top of the cups. This then allows the grounds to overflow out the top of the cup and make an insane mess. Due to the bizarre design of the machine, it makes cleanup very challenging. For the record, I ONLY Purchased this machine, because my prior machine started to be a little loud when it would run. I've now switched back to that till I decide what to do next. I'm very disappointed in this machine.

Never Happy!

I haven't been happy with this coffee maker since I first bought, less than 18 months ago. Especially the reusable cup feature, it spits all over the place and no matter the coffee grind or k-cup, the coffee always comes out on the weaker side (even with Strong selected. Today, I descaled it and now it refuses to turn on. Have googled and tried all methods to restart, but nothing. My last Keurig didn't last much longer. Only one of the originals worked really well. Very disappointed!

I love it!

Keuring K-Supreme Single Server Coffee Maker exceed my expectations, first the design is slim that you can place it everywhere with less space. The reservoir it’s dual position and the size is for 66 of water and also includes a water filter and pod filter. This Keuring has a multi stream technology that extract the full flavor and aroma on every k-pod. You can choose between 4 cup sizes: 6, 8, 10 and 12 Oz and also mate it iced or hot, which is great!! The package includes detailed and clear instructions for you to set up your coffee maker. This Keurig not only is very easy to use, it’s convenient and you get the best coffee always!! I got this product for free to test and review purposes from Influenster’s and all my opinions are for my own.

After a month, great!

We bought this to replace our Classic K brewer. Overall it's a great improvement to the Classic and a bargain while they were on sale. I like the 12oz. brew size. I also like that it doesn't keep water inside the brewer. The large reservoir is easier to remove and fill. So far, no dislikes.

Go Buy This...Now!

First, can we talk about the handle?! Game changer! Filling up the tank is so much easier now and I am here for it! Secondly, the new look is great. It seems to fit better on my countertop, others seemed to be bulky and didn’t fit well. Third, I love that the pod holder doesn’t come down anymore. I can add the cup before I start brewing. I can’t be the only person so was half asleep and forgot to put the cup under the dispenser after adding the K-cup and pressing start. Fourth, the ease of switching between cold and hot coffee is perfect for my house. I like hot and my husband likes cold. And that fact that you can do both is amazing. The coffee this machine brews taste delicious and it is a great way to start the morning!

Junk

I had my first Keurig for years & never had a single issue. Thought it was time for an upgrade though. After only a month it stopped brewing the correct size of coffee. You asked for 12oz & got about 8oz. Then this morning it just completely stopped working all together. It may have lasted us about 5-6 months. Waste of money

Poor performance

We bought it 2 months ago. It needs frequent descaling, where our other did not. It also doesn't work well with my eco-pods. I have to poke holes in the coffee pod with a screwdriver, or else it makes a cup of coffee flavored water. Even with regular K-pods, th coffee doesn't taste as good as it did with the older model. Not happy at all.

Great, except for one thing.

I bought this specifically to save some room on my counter, and I like having the feature to make my coffee stronger too. It makes great coffee except for one thing: It does not brew my Cameron eco pods, which is good coffee. It brews clear because they are shorter, and the holes do not get punched in them. The older model brewed them no problem, so that is the one disappointing factor of this machine. I need to experiment more, and maybe I will get it to work by making holes in the pods, but I really shouldn't have to do that.

K-Supreme this is not!

I have my 2.0 for 4 years until the lift mechanism broke. So I bought the K-supreme. We have had this new one for 3 weeks and it just powered off and will not brew. I reset it by unplugging and holding the power button in. Left it unplugged for hours. Reseated the water reservoir and it is still dead. Searched the internet for help and found this is common with the new K-supreme. So we will return and look for a different brand, this should be recalled!

Short

We used our original Keurig everyday, once we moved we bought the Keurig supreme to better fit the aesthetic of our new kitchen. It looks great! Very sleek and love the matte finish, the handle on the reservoir is so nice. However, none of our travel mugs fit in the space under the dispenser. We have lost the convenience of throwing the travel mug on and making a to go cup before work in the morning. If I still had the box, I would definitely be returning this item for one that fits our needs. Very disappointed by that.
