Defective Coffee Maker

Didn't even have for a year and had to descale. Kept following descale directions and for an hour and a half, it did not work. Spoke with customer service, said they should replace my Keurig but would need to follow their specific instructions and they would send me a new one. Followed their directions and they aren't sending me a new one. Super disappointed!!

Thanks for your review. We're sorry to hear about this. Did you activate the Descale Mode on your K-Supreme coffee maker before starting the process? To activate Descale Mode, begin with the brewer plugged in and powered off, then press and hold the 8oz and 12oz buttons together for 3 seconds. When flashing, press the brew button to start the descaling process. Once the descale process is complete, the DESCALE notification should turn off automatically. Quit working with first cleaning

I bought this during lung cancer treatments and it died after the first cleaning. I haven’t felt like posting until now being so sick from my treatments so I have had to pull out my old one that isn’t great. I have loved Keurig for years but very disappointed.

Piece of Crap

Bought 12/26/2021; 07/08/2021 Descaled according to instructions. Light remained on; uses 16oz water and 16oz white vinegar; descale light still on. Used pure vinegar rand through a couple of cups and let set for 2 hrs. Descale light still on. I’m done with Kerrigan!!

Exactly what I want!

Im loving the k-supreme! To have the option to have an iced coffee OR a regular warm cup is PERFECT! Adding in the reservoir so I dont have to constantly pour in water is awesome! The temperature is perfect and picking my options for how many ounces. I’m totally in love!

Would give Zero Stars if possible.

This came in the mail today. Keurig is already sending me a new one. Did not work out of the box. It turns on, lights up, blinks appropriately and then? Nothing. Sucked the water up fine, but did not brew anything. I am not sure it even heated up the water. Had the computer screen on my previous one not stopped working, I would stick with the reliable machine and simple return the new one.

Many good features

I loved this machine because of its versatility. Unfortunately, it completely died last night, just about a year after purchase. I never had that happen on other Keurigs. Is this technology, is the amount of time I’ll get from this style Kerrig? I am greatly disappointed.

The Descale Process is FLAWED

I bought a Keurig K-Supreme to take along when traveling. The item worked fine except when it was time to descale. I followed the instructions but the descale light would not shut off. I contacted Keuring by phone and explained the issue. I did receive a new Keurig K-Supreme in a matter of weeks. TODAY the descale was on so I proceeded to follow the descaling instructions and lo and behold the descale light will not turn off!!! So I'm preparing to contact Keurig again!

Died at 3 months

After having it for 3 months and having my daily 10 oz coffee every morning it needed to be descaled at that point it needs to run for 30 min with the solution it died the power went out. My older model 8 years and still running at the in laws this one is junk

Awesome Compact Coffee Maker

I was given this complimentary Keurig through an Influenster campaign for testing purposes. I have to say that this keurig exceeded my overall expectations. I’ve had a few issues in the past with smaller Keurig’s that I’ve purchased, in terms of water just coming right through the machine and it not working properly. But this Keurig K-Supreme brewer really works well and I have to say that my favorite feature is the removable reservoir that has a handle on it. This feature makes it so easy to refill the Reservoir and place it back into the machine to start brewing my favorite cup of coffee. The only thing that I would change if I could would be the speed in which the coffee comes out of the machine. Compared to my normal sized Keurig it takes a lot longer to brew a cup of coffee from the K-Supreme. But overall I would highly recommend if you’re looking for a more compact Keurig that still has a large water tank!

Disappointed

I was very excited to try the new multi stream. At first coffee came out great after about 6 months coffee started coming out very watery and at times it would spew water only. I descaled and purchased the cleaner as well. The only way that our coffee comes brews properly will be when we hold the compartment down tightly. This defeats the purpose. This is our second Keurig and debating on purchasing a third.
