No sizes in between :(

I wanted to replace our old one since this one is beautifully compact. I didn't realize that the carafe/kettle had to be configured for a minimum of six people. I was trying to avoid having to make one at a time for me and my wife. We only drink one cup each but didn't want to be walking back and forth to get that going. The single cup version splatters everywhere, as the mug sits too low compared to the previous one. Basically, the only main advantage this had to the previous is its aesthetic design. The carafe ended up being useless for us. It's an okay coffee maker.

Love the iced coffee feature

I have a regular Keurig that I used at least a couple times a week. When I received the K-Supreme, I used it almost daily. I love being able to make my coffee strong and I love the iced coffee feature! I wish I could use both the strong and over ice feature together. However, this keurig is a nice size and easy to use. I received this item complimentary for testing purposes.

Poorly made

I bought this coffee maker in February 2022, by April 2022 it quit working. It would not turn on. I called Keurig and they replaced the unit. In July of 2022, the replacement machine require descaling. I followed the steps, and then the unit would not turn on after completing the process. I called Keurig again, and they replaced the unit. It is now September and I made a cup of coffee and 30 minutes later my husband went to brew his cup and the machine spit out 1 tablespoon of coffee and shut off!!! My first Keurigs lasted years!!! I have no idea what happened to quality control and production, but there is a REAL problem here.

Stopped working

Bought this Keurig over a year ago. Took care of it as instructed, but now the warranty is up it will not turn on. It worked for only 1.5 years. Not worth the investment and does not live up to the standards that you expect from Keurig. Will not be buying a Keurig again to replace it

Not so much

I received this Keurig version as a gift. I have had a lot of issues with leaky grounds. About 90% of the time I have to clean up the mess and throw out my freshly brewed cup due to the there being too many grounds in my cup. While I understand that there are times minor issues and glitches can occur, this is ridiculous. I am very disappointed. I own a 2.0 which is approximately 6 years old and I have not had any complaints. I noticed a lot of people are reporting they too are having issues with this K-Supreme version, including my particular issue. I hope there is a non-costly solution to correct these issues.

For best results, we recommend one time use with our K-Cup pods. Reusing or rotating the K-Cup pod after brewing can cause overflow and coffee grounds. K-Supreme is Fine...I see Keurig dropped the price

Our old Keurig 2.0 finally broke the water outlet pin. I was able to find parts to rehab it... but not easily... meantime, we needed a brewer.. we bought a K-Supreme... waay less counter space. Quiet as anything. No timer to heat up automatically, but the brewer works quickly... and we love it... we've been long time Keurig Auto-ship Green Mountain customers. NOW I see the brewer for 1/2 price with a coffee subscription. Which we already have. The only downside is we bought the brewer at an actual store... not like we could wait for shipping.. as I waited to find parts and get THEM shipped for the old 2.0... so we miss the 1/2 price deal... but we have TWO coffee makers now... though we're stuck with thinking what we're actually gonna do with the 2.0 since it's a hassle to empty and store, not like we can use it intermittently... we live and learn... and drink coffee...

Disappointed Yet Again

Disappointed Again

Replaced a SMART Keurig that worked fine for about 17 months then just died completely all at once. I replaced with this one - died in 3 weeks. Took it back and traded for another, will see how long this one lasts. My old original Keurig lasted several years. Very disappointed in current junk.

Dead Exactly 2 Years After Purchase

It is almost 2 years to the date I purchased this and its dead. It worked great up until now. For the last few days, it has not been operating correctly. When I turn it on, insert a Kcup, and choose the lid, it will not light up and allow me to select a brew option or begin brewing. I tried cleaning it, descaling it, using a different electrical outlet, nothing works. I'd like to say I'm disappointed that the product life was only 2 years, but I'm not. That's how companies operate these days. Ensure their products don't last so you have to buy a new one. This time around though, I might go with a different brand. After this, I'm not feeling Keurig too much.

Disappointed

This coffee brewer makes excellent coffee..however...alot of days I end up w Lots of coffee grounds in the cup and not just a few!! 5 holes is too much,the pod must not be draining fast enough that you end up w lots of coffee grounds in the cup.. 3 holes may work better.. I wish I had not passed my 1 yr old Kuerig to someone else..if this wasn't an issue,I'd rate it 5 stars.

Junk don’t buy one

I liked that it brews quicker but other than that not a great machine. I drink tea and if i want to use non kcups, you have to remove a piece that is hard to get out, would get grounds in my cup, started leaking, then just burned out, im a single guy so was not heavily used
