Piece of JUNK!!!!!

I am on my third one in a little over a year Keurig keeps replacing it and after you descale it the light stays on and it leaks. Don't waste your money. I will never buy another Keurig product ever. My original Keurig was 9-10 yrs old and worked fine, but I wanted on slimmer profile should have keep my old one. Done replacing it going to the dump.

Worked good for one month

This is my fifth Keurig that I have owned. I have been very happy with the first four. The K-Supreme worked very well for one month and then started to make a mess with coffee grounds in the cup and very little coffee actually going into the cup. If this is your new and improved coffee maker, I think I will look for a different brand.

Good at first then disappointed

I originally got this model in December 2020 and by February 2021 it had smoked up and then wouldn’t turn back on. Then I got a replacement and today it did the exact same thing. There were also some days where I would press a certain oz and would barely get a good brew. I called customer service and they were very nice and sending me an upgrade. I hope it is much better than this one!

2nd (replacement) now has same problems as 1st.

Original machine last a few months and then it would make less and less coffee each time. Finally down to just 4 cups instead of 12. Reset machine, descaled it multiple times, no luck. Contacted customer service, they had me go thru some various exercises...no luck. They replaced he machine in June 2020. Here we are in April 2021, less than a year later and now instead of 12 cups, we get 6. Gone thru same exercises, reset, descale multiple times...no luck. Guess it is time to contact customer service but this is ridiculous. Very very disappointed in this brewer. When it works, it makes great coffee. But, it is a waste of coffee in this machine.

Awesome Upgrade to my Favorite Coffee Brewer

The Keurig K-Supreme Brewer is an awesome Upgrade to my already favorite coffee pot. I purchased my 1st Keurig about 10 years ago and it has been one of the best purchases I have made. It conveniently makes single cups of coffee quickly and I have always loved the option of being able to brew a variety of drinks to meet everyone's drink preference. The Keurig K-Supreme allows you to choose from 4 different cup sizes which I absolutely love since I can now make more than a standard 8 oz. cup. I also love that this Brewer now pierces more than one hole in the coffee pod which provides more delicious flavor in every single cup. My absolute favorite feature of this Brewer is the fact that there is more than one position to move the water reservoir so you are not limited to a certain counter space. I would highly recommend this Keurig Brewer to anyone! It provides a flavorful, convenient cup of coffee with the push of a button. The variety of hot and cold drinks is awesome. It will be one of the best coffee makers you will ever purchase! I received my Keurig K-Supreme Brewer complimentary from Influenster for testing purposes.

No Coffee

Worked great for 8 months and then quit. No Power!

Bought and registered on April 2, 2022. Just quit completely - no power. Called tech support thinking there may be a reset somewhere and was sent a form to return with photos for them to send me a new one. They way he talked it seems that this is a common problem. Have no idea how long it will be as have not received any confirmation yet. No Coffee for us unless we buy something else.

Great until it’s not

I bought my first k-supreme machine in sept 2020… it broke after 6 months, just wouldn’t turn on. Called customer service, after two weeks of trying to get a replacement sent out, I got the replacement machine. The replacement spurt water all over the place and every cup of coffee looked like a cup of tea. Unless you pushed down on the top to keep it closed it didn’t work. Please buy anything other than Keurig. It’s a crap shoot with what you get with them.

Does the job

My BIGGEST complaint about this coffee maker is that you can't cancel a pour once it's started. Say you misjudge the size of your mug and need to stop the stream - on the original model you could just press the power button and it would stop, not with this one. Yes, you can just open the pod compartment, but I just don't understand why the power button method doesn't work. Also, why does the machine turn on whenever you open the pod compartment?

Love the Strong Feature!

I currently use the Keurig K-Cafe in my kitchen and love the strong feature on that so when I saw that this Keurig had the same feature I was ecstatic! A new addition to my office, the sleek, black design looks modern and stylish. Easy to use to make a stronger cup of coffee, the K-Supreme is perfect for any type of casual coffee drinker!

Love it!

I was ecstatic to receive the Keurig K-Supreme Single Serve Coffee Maker complimentary for testing purposes through Influenster! Upon opening the package I was super happy with the overall design and how slim the coffee maker appeared! It doesn’t take up much space which is great because I’ve been able to keep my older Keurig nearby! I’m a sucker for iced coffee and this coffee maker’s over ice feature had me from the first cup!! It was absolutely delicious and allows me to enjoy my fav iced coffee first thing in the morning. Previously I’d been brewing my coffee with my old Keurig and leaving it in the freezer for a couple of hours and so I’m pretty satisfied with the over ice feature alone! One drawback that I noticed was that you cannot brew your own coffee, which is unfortunate, but overall I still really enjoy it!
