Love our new Keurig!

This is a great machine. I love how it holds more water than our old one and the "strong" feature. It is also a nice design feature to have the option of the water tank on the side or the back. Coffee tastes delicious and it looks good on our counter top.

Perfect brew!

I have purchased many different Keurig's both for myself and for others. I was having issues with my last unit and after all the troubleshooting of the coffee maker, decided to purchase a new one. I love this model for it's smaller size, features, iced coffee being one I have not tried yet. If you are in need of a Keurig, this is a safe bet. Cheers!

Nice but must purchase all pods

Nice, quiet, & no wait to heat up the water but plan to spend more money. The MultiStream technology means the pods are punctured more than once so the universal pods no longer work. I have yet to find one thats compatible. I tried the only 2 made for MultiStream & they had to be returned as they did not fit this model.

Thank you for your review and feedback on the K-Supreme coffee maker. The new My K-Cup Universal Reusable Coffee Filter is compatible with all Keurig Home Coffee Makers, including the K-Supreme. Please note, you need to remove the 2.0 adapter on the bottom of the accessory and the K-Cup Holder in your brewer in order for it to fit properly. Also, the red plug must be removed for brewing with K-Supreme brewer. If you have any questions, please feel free to give us a call at 866-901-2739. Hope this helps!

Brewers are now poor quality compared to years ago

Over the last couple of years I’ve had to replace my brewer several times because after only a couple months of using it, it stops working. The first brewer I ever had lasted many years, but I think the workmanship and quality now is much different and they are not made to last. I’m extremely disappointed in Keurig products and will probably not purchase another one if this one also goes out.

Compact, make sure to get deal if available. I love the strong option. I had the k-mini. I liked it but not as much as this one. All I go to do is refill the reservoir and it’s last me a good 2 or 3 days depending how much you use it. Side note keurig please fix a minor issue ( reservoir to machine) add some connector or grip so that reservoir is not lose

Ease of using my own freshly ground coffee

Like everything about the performance except for the inconvenience of switching from pods to my own coffee. I have to remove the pod holder completely and insert a different holder for the reusable filter. I am hoping someone comes up with a reusable filter that doesn’t require the removal of the pod holder.

Unit works ok but seems a little flimsy when the unit pierces the K-cup due to (I think) the fact that it has more than one needle point. I would prefer that the cup size not have to be entered each time you make a cup of coffee but remain on the last used cup size. Overall I have to get used to the quirks of this unit hoping that it lasts as long as my old unit which lasted 5 years.

We purchased this one to replace the same model that quit cold-turkey after 14 months. The first replacement kept saying "add water" when it was full, had to keep re-seating the water container. So, we exchanged it for another. We'll see how long this one lasts.
