Bought a new coffee maker after using one for over four (4) years. The old one still works great. The new arrives and within two (2) weeks the descale light comes on. Tech support says to descale, but it has only been a couple of weeks. I spend the money on a descale kit. I spend the time to descale and the light is still on. I will be sending the new one back for a refund and going back to our four year old coffee maker, ugh!

I really like this model. I bought a cheaper one and was only getting 2 or 3 cups per filling. With this model I get 5 before I have to refill and the handle on the tank makes it easier. I definitely would recommend this model of Keurig. Very happy with it.

We love this new coffeemaker. The one exceptional feature is that I don't "have" to pull it away from underneather the cabinet and have to pour water into the "top" of it. The water container with the handle is a genius idea that is put on the side of it. We love the way it is designed and LOVE the coffee that it makes...Now, I can trhow away the "slider" that I had to get to slide it to the front of the cabinet. Thanks, so much!

Keurig, what happened to your attention to detail? This is the 2nd Keurig unit I have tried and it makes a MESS with every brew. I use a regular 12 oz mug and the drip splatters out of the mug onto the countertop and all over the unit. I have had other brands of pod makers that did not do this, (Ninja, and Hamilton Beach). I will be donating this Keurig to Goodwill and going back to Hamilton Beach. Maybe make your cup riser a wee bit higher!

I replaced the previous one that stopped working. Realized how much I Ioved my Keurig, when I had to bring out the coffeemaker that was packed away until the new one arrived. Thankful I didn't get rid of it, so I could atleast make coffee, until the Keurig came.

I would have given this item 5 stars IF it was made with better materials. This is my second Keurig K-Supreme Single Serve Coffee Maker. The first was sent back to another seller. The bar that is used to pull down on the K-Cups has two tiny pieces of plastic easily broken. If those pieces were metal, it would have been durable.

It is functional and quite plasticy. If that’s even a word. Functional. I do have a problem with the coffee pods being too tall. The cups get crushed and then coffee grounds and water come out the top. The hot tea pods work great but the coffee pods are too tall and make a complete mess. It might have to go back.

Major drawback is that you can't make an odd-numbered cup of coffee. You can make 6oz or 8oz but not seven. On our old machine you would hit the power button and it would stop right there. This one keeps going until it's delivered the size brew you selected, hopefully not bigger than the cup.

I like a good dark roast coffee and this is the best machine I've found. The "multi-stream" makes for excellent coffee. This is my second one of this style, the other one quit on me. Other Keurig machines I tried since then didn't compare to the good cup of coffee this one makes. I see some of the functions, like programming it to fit the taste of 3 different coffee drinkers is gone, so maybe that helped to resolve the problem it had of not lasting long (mine was just under 2 years old when it died). The good cup of coffee I get with this one made it worth trying it again. Hopefully I'll be able to change my rating to a 5!

I ordered this model for my parents because of the size and shape. It's much easier to operate than the little dorm size units. I really like the handle on the water tank. Having an option for the placement of the tank is great. I wish those options included both sides as well as the back. The color was a bonus - it's my dad's favorite.
