This is replacing my 8 year old Keurig...that still works! We bought a professional grade Keurig from Office Depot 8 years ago because we heard the motor was better (obviously true). But it does seem like it’s struggling sometimes...lol. I bought this machine for my mom for Christmas, because her Keurig really needed replacing. We tried out the new one to test out the new multi stream technology. We did a blind taste test and the new Keurig hands down tasted better than our 8yr old Keurig. So we kept it and I ordered another one to ship to my mom. Hopefully it will last for years but I doubt it will last as long as our old Keurig...which we are keeping,

So very pleased with my new Keurig. This is my second Keurig and I am so impressed. This particular one has 5 needles instead of the 1 and the coffee seems richer. It also has the “strong” option which suits me. Thanks Keurig for making our days a little easier.

I passed on buying this model in the past because I thought that the water tank had to sit in an L-shaped configuration. In fact, the user can choose it's orientation. I like the new design which allows full access to the pod when the handle is elevated. The brew time seems longer, but the resulting coffee is outstanding

This is my fourth Keurig. Love the multi stream feature. However am disappointed in lack of water temperature options. I don't gulp down my drink and I find it is cold in less than 10 minutes . Very disappointing! Only one I have owned with this problem.

Our old Keurig lasted several years before it died. After doing a little research, I chose this one and I'm glad I did. We like the size and features - and like the old one, it makes a great cup of coffee... quick (actually faster than the old one)!

This is the 4th Keurig I have purchased. I have loved all of the ones before, but this one - wow - it is so quiet, it is so small, but holds a lot of water. It doesn't take much time to heat up, and I do not have to leave it on. The only issue I had was that I could not use the k-cup refillable cups that I currently had with it. But that was a small price compared to the benefits.

This model has nice features. It labels the ounces (choice of 4 sizes), has a smaller footprint, has an indicator for when it needs descaling in addition to when it needs a water refill. It also has buttons for "over ice" and "strong" options. It also seems to be quieter than the older model.

We have had this machine for about a month now and couldnt' be happier. First, there wasn't a clock.. not needed. The water heats up on demand so no timer needed... then the handle on the water container is very much appreciated. Easy to use and we both love that we upgraded from the last model.

I recently updated my still working Keurig (2014) for a Newer model. I wanted a 12 oz cup of coffee. So I picked this K-Supreme with the extra buttons for "Strong" "12oz" and "Ice". I just love it. I get the best of everything. And just enough coffee to make me happy (and not have to go get another cup! ) I picked the pretty sage color and it just looks so nice in my kitchen! I also am able to modify where the water dispense is placed. This newer model takes up less space then my older one (that still works!) So now I can have 12oz of hot water for tea, coffee or hot cocoa.

I love Thais machine. It replaced a 1st generation Keurig that I have had for years and the difference is amazing. The coffee is much better with this model. I love the easy to use design. It heats up and delivers a great cup of coffee in minimal time. Also the water tank is sleek and easy to refill. And the ability to mount it on side or back is a plus as well. Definitely recommend if you are in the market for a new coffee maker. You can’t go wrong with this one.
