Love the slimness of this coffee maker - especially with the water tank placed behind it! Had a little issue during first uses. Love that it doesn't have to heat up, it not as noisy as my old Keurig coffee maker, and it shuts off automatically. 5 stars for this one!

I bought this to replace the exact same model I bought 3 years ago. That one quit working, no power. I couldn't find another brand that had the same features for the same price, so I bit the bullet and replaced it. I'll let you know in another 3 years if it was worth it.

I would have given this item 5 stars IF it was made with better materials. This is my second Keurig K-Supreme Single Serve Coffee Maker. The first was sent back to another seller. The bar that is used to pull down on the K-Cups has two tiny pieces of plastic easily broken. If those pieces were metal, it would have been durable.

This Keurig was to replace our old one that broke. I'm not really noticing a huge difference with the multi-stream, but it seems fun I suppose. I like that it doesn't have a clock or a screen on it; I've already got enough clocks in my kitchen. The reservoir has a handle and lifts out to fill, which makes it really easy.

Love this coffee maker. My husband is in a wheelchair and he can easily reach the reservoir to refill with water. The maker is much quieter and quicker than our last one and holds more water. The reservoir can also be on the back if needed. There are several selections to choose from for the size of cup and even an iced coffee option. I am very pleased with this purchase.

Not good for refillable K cups.

Not good. We used the provided reusable K cup. Machine never gave same amount of coffee no matter which button was selected. Tried different coffee, always followed directions. Never over filled. Seemed to work with store bought K cups. I believe half the trash in the trash dump is used k cups. We have been using refillable K cups for years on last Keurig. Too many bugs in new stile refillable K cups. Returned and bought a basic single serve Keurig that uses our refillable single top hole K cups.

I have had a few Keurig coffee makers and keep staying with this brand. This new coffee maker delivers hot coffee fast. It does not have the largest water carafe of the Keurig makers but it has a handle to lift it off for filling and is fine for a single or couple.

I have been using this coffee maker for several weeks and it has been a joy to use. The brewing is fast and almost silent unlike previous models. The water carafe is vastly improved with its sleek design and sturdy handle. The five prong brewer gives you a more flavorful cup of coffee or tea. The entire brewer is made out of sturdy material and is far superior to my previous brewer. I truly enjoy using this brewer and each cup of coffee is a real treat.

This is a SOMEWHAT great machine. Quick to use. Makes good coffee. Nice size for a kitchen cabinet. Easy to maintain UNTIL it needs to be Descaled. Descaling doesn't always work well. And about every year or so the machine totally breaks and you need to purchase a new one. This is my third machine in 5 years.

To activate Descale Mode, begin with the brewer plugged in and powered off, then press and hold the 8oz and 12oz buttons together for 3 seconds. When flashing, press the brew button to start the descaling process. Once the descale process is complete, the DESCALE notification should turn off automatically.
