Certainly appreciate the modern compact design and the flexibility of the water reservoir location. The only issue so far with the unit is that the temperature of the coffee in the cup needs to be hotter. it would be excellent if the unit was designed with a temperature control to increase the temperature.

This machine is smaller than the first one I had but is very easy to use. The reservoir system is much handier to remove and fill but it holds the same amount as my first one. I thought I would miss the automatic turning on and off but this turns on and heats up quickly and actually takes less time when I want an unexpected cup of refreshment in the middle of the day. I am pleased.

Stunning new design! 5 brewing nozzles in stead of one which really adds to coffee flavor. I like the choice of locations on the base for the water reservoir pitcher for better placement on the kitchen counter and the ease of selecting your coffee cup amount. I also love the speed to brew a cup of coffee (No long wait until the water heats up to start the brewing!) Also like how the coffee cup stand pulls out for easy cleaning!

I have been using this for a little over two weeks, but so far I love how fast it works and brews a very good cup of coffee. 2) I would definitely recommend this product to friends. 3) The coffee maker seems to be of good quality, 4) and a fair price for the unit.

Sleek with the right features! I checked many of the options that were available for the different Keurig models and I choose this one for style and size. It offers the stronger brew and the flexibility in place of the water reservoir which we’re exactly the features we were looking for.

I have had several full size Keurigs. I have the mini Keurig I take on car trips. It only can handle 1 serving of water. This one is great as it holds several cups in the reservoir. I bought because you can move the position of the reservoir to the back or leave on the side. The reservoir has a handle which is a great feature. I bought this to replace my keurig that was about 8 years old. They have cheaped out the materials so much this thing is as light as a feather. When you pull the reservoir off the machine slides across the counter because it’s so light. It’s very obvious that user experience has lowered in importance and manufacturing the cheapest machine possible is the new objective. It honestly feels like a $20 coffee maker that you’d see in a hotel room. Sorry to say I will prefer using my nespresso machine.

This newer model takes up less room on your counter with its slimmer design. It is also easier to take out the water reservoir and clean it. It is much nicer then my old clunker Keurig for sure. I ordered it in gray and it looks great in that color. The only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is that when you put the coffee pod in and close it, there is a gap and it doesn't close all the way. It doesnt effect anything, just bugs me that it wont close down tight. Otherwise, I am very happy with my updated machine!

I agree that the coffee is much more flavorful than the standard keurig. I’ve had some trouble with the pressure, though. I noticed that if I don’t shake my pods to loosen the grounds, the pressure builds up and the coffee won’t brew. I’ve wasted about 6 cups since my purchase because of this. If the cups are too packed the water builds up and the keurig isn’t powerful enough to handle the pressure. I do love the sleek design! I have more space now.

My purchase was on October 1, and once the clean cycle was completed, so was the Keurig K-Supreme. It never powered on again. After two phone calls, confusing directions and a new machine delivery, the replacement works. The problem I am encountering is twice, the pod has failed in a way that left the coffee cup, and the brewer full of coffee grounds. The first time, I carefully cleaned the machine and decided it must have been my fault. The second time, not so much. I've cleaned the machine, did several empty brews to clear all grounds, and moved forward. The pods in question were Starbucks Holiday blend - under a Keurig label. As long as you don't mind traces of grounds in your coffee, it works okay.
