Slight Disappointment

I’m not happy with the flaw concerning the descale light that STAYS on. Yes, I call it a flaw because of all the Keurigs I’ve had before (4 of them), this has never been an issue. Following each and every step of the instructions for descaling and the light is STILL on. I’ve had it 2 months and that blinking light is seriously such a nuisance!!

Easy setup, amazing features!

I’ve owned the basic Keurig before and this is a total upgrade to the one that I used to have. It took me 10mins to set it up and it’s very intuitive to setup. I got so excited that I had to brew a cup of coffee using the Strong setting for 6oz. It did not disappoint! Definitely not buying coffee again! I used the Donut Shop k-cup and it’s perfect! I got this product free to review from Influenster but I will definitely recommend this to friends and family once it’s released!

Works great….until it doesn’t !!

I can’t even remember when I got my first k-supreme because as of yesterday I have my 3rd replacement….I have always loved my Keurigs until this model…there are many flaws with the k-supreme and I can’t begin to enumerate the reasons for the flaws…I’m not a Keurig engineer…..I am just a simple 5cup a day coffee drinker who gets VERY grumpy when this model just dies for no apparent reason….customer service runs hot-and-cold….but my biggest complaint is they say we’ll call you back and they never do… and then I call back again and eventually after they read me their script for the umpteenth time, I do get some help…I received my replacement today February 2023 for the one I got in November 2022…so here’s hoping. Overall, I would give 5stars to this brewer when it’s working HOWEVER it only deserves 1star since it never seems to be able to go the distance.

Wonderful

I am a first time user of anything keurig related and it has definitely been a game changer. I thought it would be confusing to use since I’m use to the old school standard coffee machines but this was surprisingly not that difficult to get use to. I feel like I definitely noticed a difference in how wonderful my coffee tasted upon the first use of this product (I was in awe). I am excited to use this for other drinks as well since I have only tried it for coffee and not things like hot cocoa but I’m sure it’ll be just as easy to use. I definitely recommend this product, it is a game changer in my coffee routine and definitely saves me money since now I can make my own great tasting coffee without having to buy them. I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review.

Did not last long

This is my 4th keurig, and this model keeps giving me problems. It keeps saying de-scale, I returned it once but same problem with the 2nd unit. It lasts less than a year,and now doesn't even turn on.i have to switch to a different model even though I really like this design

Bad Product 2 of them Died After 3 months of use

I bought 2 k Supremes in November of 2020 for Christmas gifts After 2 months of use the first wont power up. Then the second one quit one month after. Keurig did replace both machines, But I wouldn't recommend buy this one. I should have bought the Classics Version. It was my first Keurig and Its still making good coffee at work in my office and its 6 years old.

good luck

Was given a k supreme brewer as a christmas gift 2020 and have had 2 replacement brewers as the first broke after less than a month of using .Relpacement sent and sure enough 2 weeks later it broke contacted Keurig and was sent a 3rd brewer and was assured it would not break well that was in march has been good but yes its starting to mess up so i will be looking into a different brewer once this one stops working will not buy Keurig again

Love it!

I’ve owned different keurig machines over years and this is the best one! I received this product free for testing but these opinions are my own! So here’s some pros * fast & quiet brewing - about 11 secs from when I pressed the start button to when my coffee started coming out! * Sleek design. Love that the water reservoir can be moved to the back to fit tighter spaces and it has a handle. * More punctures on top (5 to be exact) to evenly saturate the coffee grounds and leads to a better taste * Perfect temp for iced coffee on the go - no waiting for it to cool down * Strong button leads to a Strong bold flavor So now the Cons * Doesn’t fit tall to go mugs. So have to brew in a different mug and pour it in. Not the end of the world, but a little annoying * Doesn’t have a reusable pod so I can’t use my own coffee. Overall, I love this machine! I would definitely recommend this to my family and friends! Hopefully they’ll come out with reusable pods soon!

Terrible machine

I bought this in August. Worked fine until the beginning of December. Kept saying descale. I ran the Keurig cleaner through the machine following the instructions. Last night, went to make a cup of chai tea and it just made a loud sound, blew a puff of smoke and smelled extremely strong of burnt plastic. Now it won’t turn on. Ughh!!!! So disappointed in how much this cost me and now, less than 6 months later, it’s just garbage. Absolutely don’t recommend. Wish I’d paid better attention to these reviews.

Quiet Operation

Bought this for my office and mostly use it for my afternoon cup of tea. Very quiet operation, hot, hot water. Except today I forgot my coffee so made a "strong" setting with dark roast k-cup. Good & hot water; less than weak coffee. Disappointing as my large Keurig at home brews it fine, but this little deal does not. Tried it twice.
