Great coffee pot IF it worked!

Purchased 9/4/2022. Died 12/12/2022. Contacted their Customer Support and walked through all the return or replacement requirements 3 times. They keep saying I haven’t submitted a handwritten note. I have the original receipt. Photo of the Serial number. But I hand typed a note with all the required info instead of hand written. So I’ve been rejected three times. Unbelievable and poor customer service for a senior citizen. Don’t buy anything made by Keurig.

Not recommended!

We had our previous Keurig for years before it went out on us. We purchased this one with high hopes and although it is a nice product, this will be the third device we've had now in less than a year. It breaks down after 2 months of usage. I'm disappointed. We will have to search for a different keurig product because I am not never going back to this one ever again.

Buyer beware, flimsy

This is poorly made, wobbles when opening and closing. Does not have temperature or strength control, just strong, which is not the same. This model is not the same quality as other Keurig machines. I regret this purchase. I did buy a different model from a different place, one with temp and strength control, and that one is of the quality I expected from Keurig.

Keurig K-Supreme

My husband bought the K Supreme as an upgrade from our older model Keurig coffee maker. He purchased it the week before Christmas,December2020. It worked fine up until the first week of February 2021.We pressed the power button to make coffee one morning and it just did nothing at all, no lights came or anything, no warning . I unplugged it then plugged it in again, still nothing. Finally my husband just returned it to Sams in exchange for another one on February 13,2021. If this one does not work out for us we are officially changing brands!

Second unit died

Initially, we LOVED our Keurig K-Supreme. Coffee tasted fabulous out of this machine! The first one we bought at Sam's Club lasted almost 3 months. We descaled it and then the machine would not power on at all. Customer service was great, and they replaced it immediately. Which was much appreciated. I was extremely nervous the first time I had to descale the new machine but was able to with no issues. A few months later, a second descale was needed and I held my breath, but it was successful. The third descale was going along fine but in the morning, we went to power on the machine, and it was dead. Did all the "reset" tricks and nothing. So the second machine was only 11 months old. I love the concept of the Keurig and I love the flavor of the coffee, but if we can't descale it when needed and have it last longer than a year, what is the point? I don't know if they will replace the replacement.

Stops working after 2 months

This is the second one purchased in less than six months. First one purchased end of October quit on Christmas. Returned it and purchased the same, thinking it may have been a fluke, 12/29-3/1. Both, kept asking for water a week or so after using, but would still work a little while until it just stopped all together. Looks like reading through other reviews and their websites TD a known issue with no solution. My 2.0 still works and have dragged that back out, which is a few years old. I wanted this one for the slim design but it’s junk :(
