This was terrific. it sprays the coffee in the k cup like expensive coffee machines do to ground coffee. Coffee taste much better. doesn't show temp. but is built inside machine 187/192. machine is quiet and works right away maybe ten seconds for 1 6oz cup. I usually use two k cups. there is only two of us in household. if you have more than two people buy plus model.takes up very little space. have used for about a week

Had been eyeing this one, love the features and the handled side or back water pitcher is a great improvement! Our Keurig classic was on its way out so when I saw the k-supreme on sale at Sam's that did it for me. Brews fast and great coffee, enjoying the iced coffee feature, too. Very pleased so far!

Love the size and functionality of this machine, but it has shortcomings. Brewing a cup of coffee using a Keurig reusable filter is a mess! I mean the coffee gets everywhere. The stream is not consistent and or steady it splatters and putters throwing coffee all round the machine :( I believe this is a design flaw in Keurig's reusable filter design. The issue is lessened with a normal K-cup brew. I did not have this issue with my old machine. So I am disappointed and can not give it 5 stars.

While I love the new design, this unit is a big fail. The coffee isn't hot! I measured the temperature on the new unit and on my old Keurig. Old = 180 degrees; New = 160 degrees. I should not have to put my coffee in the microwave to heat it up right after I take it off the brewer. 160 degree coffee is not hot - it's barely warm. Very disappointed!

Bought 12/26/2021; 07/08/2021 Descaled according to instructions. Light remained on; uses 16oz water and 16oz white vinegar; descale light still on. Used pure vinegar rand through a couple of cups and let set for 2 hrs. Descale light still on. I’m done with Kerrigan!!

I am a first time user of anything keurig related and it has definitely been a game changer. I thought it would be confusing to use since I’m use to the old school standard coffee machines but this was surprisingly not that difficult to get use to. I feel like I definitely noticed a difference in how wonderful my coffee tasted upon the first use of this product (I was in awe). I am excited to use this for other drinks as well since I have only tried it for coffee and not things like hot cocoa but I’m sure it’ll be just as easy to use. I definitely recommend this product, it is a game changer in my coffee routine and definitely saves me money since now I can make my own great tasting coffee without having to buy them. I recently purchased the K-Supreme coffee maker to replace my Keurig Classic that performed well for many years. The new K-Supreme makes the same tasting coffee, its quite a bit quieter and a little bit faster than my old machine. However, it seems to be much more cheaply made and doesn't have a clock that will turn the machine on at a certain time like the old one. It just doesn't seem as sturdy but it does make good coffee!

I did not what I was missing until I received the K Supreme complimentary from Influenster Vox box program! I really loved how sleek and slim the new design of the Keurig was. It could practically fit anywhere on the kitchen counter or in my home office because of its sleek design it would blend in very well. I love how convenient it was to just pop a k cup in and watch my coffee be faster than coffee has ever been made for me! The k supreme is very simple to use , I would recommend this to all my friends and family Honestly the only thing missing from the K supreme was a milk frother So can make my own lattes at home . I have not seen a coffee shop in 30 days and it might stay that way.

I've had this Keurig for 6 weeks. Overall, I am very happy with it. What I don't like about it: 1. I use small cups and the splatter is really bad. I ordered a riser and that will solve the problem. (I'm using a block of wood for now and that eliminates the splattering out onto my counter.) This is a very minor complaint. Seems like a riser should come with the machine, though. 2. It locks up once every week or two. Again, not a big deal. Unplugging for a few seconds has worked every time. Just a minor inconvenience. 3. This is my biggest complaint: I have it set to the hottest temperature setting and it is still not as hot as my old Keurig. As it is, I can start drinking the coffee immediately. I'd prefer that it be just a touch too hot to drink but not so hot that I can't sip it carefully. Maybe this is for safety reasons or that it's possibly harder to make a hotter 4 oz. brew than for larger brew sizes. I can understand that. But, still, I want it just a bit hotter. 4. It keeps pestering me about wanting to connect to WiFi. Very minor complaint (it doesn't make me do anything) but I wish I could tell it that I don't want to connect to WiFi and have it be happy with that. I guess I'm just an old guy that's not used to having my coffee machine trying to convince me to do something. What I do like: 1. The best thing, by far, for me is that I can make small cups (4 oz.) and control the intensity (I like the most intense). The intensity really makes a difference that I can taste. I like it a lot. 2. I like the pre-set. Easy to make a cup of coffee with that. 3. The reservoir is bigger than my last Keurig. That with the fact that I have and use the 4 oz. option means I'm not refilling the reservoir nearly as often. I really like that, too. Bottom line, the complaints are pretty minor and I really do like this machine. If the temperature setting would make the coffee hotter at the max setting, it would full and enthusiastic be 5 stars.

I loved this machine because of its versatility. Unfortunately, it completely died last night, just about a year after purchase. I never had that happen on other Keurigs. Is this technology, is the amount of time I’ll get from this style Kerrig? I am greatly disappointed.
