I received this as a gift in November 2021. About the 5th use, it took two attempts to get full cup of coffee; first attempt covered bottom of cup, 2nd time, full cup. I have used about 40 times ( based on number of k-cups purchased). Today, got bottom of cup, then nothing. No lighted buttons, no more coffee. Have unplugged, tried restart. Very disappointed in short life of machine with limited usage.

I have been using the K-Supreme for 4 months. It does not make a better cup of coffee than previous Keurig models I have had. I like that the reservoir is not an atypical shape and had a handle.The descaling feature is an absolute nuisance. This product does not revolutionize you morning cup but it will make something with caffeine that tastes familiar.

The questions posed are loaded. Of course the product will do everything "asked" by the questions posed, it's what Keurig is trying to sell, but in this case, they are true answers. The product is wonderful and makes great coffee. What else should it do.

Our old Keurig 2.0 finally broke the water outlet pin. I was able to find parts to rehab it... but not easily... meantime, we needed a brewer.. we bought a K-Supreme... waay less counter space. Quiet as anything. No timer to heat up automatically, but the brewer works quickly... and we love it... we've been long time Keurig Auto-ship Green Mountain customers. NOW I see the brewer for 1/2 price with a coffee subscription. Which we already have. The only downside is we bought the brewer at an actual store... not like we could wait for shipping.. as I waited to find parts and get THEM shipped for the old 2.0... so we miss the 1/2 price deal... but we have TWO coffee makers now... though we're stuck with thinking what we're actually gonna do with the 2.0 since it's a hassle to empty and store, not like we can use it intermittently... we live and learn... and drink coffee...

I love how easy it is to make a cup of coffee with the K-Supreme Single Serve Coffee Maker. Once you make your selection for the brew, it brews the coffee as soon as it has heated up which is great because you can just let the Keurig do its thing. I love the new features like the strong and the over ice brews. I can make a strong cup for the morning or afternoon when I really need the extra caffeine. I can easily make a pretty large cup of iced coffee for those hotter days. The setup of the machine was very easy with step by step instructions included. I think the option to move the water reservoir is genius! I have a small apartment and a tiny kitchen so the ability to position the water reservoir is super convenient since I can change the position to fit it on my counters. I was able to use it with my Starbucks and Donut Shop K-cups. I would highly recommend this for people who don’t want a full size machine but like to make multiple cups of coffee a day. I received this product to review from influenster, but I have to say this coffee maker is amazing. My favorite feature is the over ice setting. I’ve never had an at home coffee maker with that setting. It also has 3 different temperature settings, a strong setting, and 3 different cup sizes to brew. The plastic portion where the water goes is very hygienic. With a washable plastic and a filter included it makes sure your water will be clean and you can see how much water you have left! No more over filling. Only con I can think of is I cannot use my refillable pods of coffee in this machine, so I have to use main brand pods that are one time use

I have only had my Keurig K-Supreme for a couple months and it already broke. I had not used it in a week, went to run a rinse brew before I made myself a cup of coffee and it "ran" dispensed no water and then shut off with a burning smell. Now it will not power back on. Terrible manufacturing in opinion if you can't go a short period of time betweeen uses. I also descaled it about a week before I didn't use it for a week. I'm very disappointed as I had wanted a Keurig for a long time when I bought it.

Bought and registered on April 2, 2022. Just quit completely - no power. Called tech support thinking there may be a reset somewhere and was sent a form to return with photos for them to send me a new one. They way he talked it seems that this is a common problem. Have no idea how long it will be as have not received any confirmation yet. No Coffee for us unless we buy something else.

I received the product complimentsry for testing purposes through Influenster. I was so excited to try this Keurig and it definitely did not disappoint! I have owned a variety of Keurigs over the years and this one really stood out because of the sleek size but still had the addition of a water reservoir, which is really helpful when you don’t want to have to fill your mug with water before brewing a cup every morning! The size is great because it is more functional than the original single serve Keurig, but offers the features of other ones that tend to be bigger and bulkier. I found this Keurig to be much quieter and faster in comparison to others I have owned as well! I was standing right next to it while it was brewing and it was so quiet I could barely tell it was on. It’s also incredibly fast, my coffee was brewed in less than two minutes. This is super convenient as i’m usually throwing my coffee together as i’m running out the door for work! The instructions were a little lengthy with the setup and having to prepare the water filter, but after reading them a few times it was easy to understand! This Keurig also has lots of great features including an option to make the coffee strong, iced, and a variety of sized. This is great for someone who drinks different kinds of coffee or in a household where everyone has different preferences! I know some mornings I definitely need my coffee stronger than others. This Keurig has definitely simplified my morning routine and I see myself continuing to use it every day! It’s nice when at home coffee is just as simple as picking it up from a coffee shop!

I have bought this keurig twice with the same results. I received this keurig as a Christmas present back in December. It worked great for 2 months and then randomly stopped working. I got a new one and it broke within ONE MONTH! Would not recommend this at all!
