I’ve been with Keurig for as long as i can remember. The quality I’ve come to expect doesn’t exist anymore. The multi-stream technology sucks. At first all was fine. The brew sizes were accurate but after about a weeks use it’s hard to get 6 oz from selecting the 8 oz. None of size selections are accurate. Coffee is a tad better than lukewarm at its best. The worst brewer I’ve had from Keurig.

The fit and finish of this machine is noticeably worse than the Keurig 2.0 I’ve been using since 2014. The machine also has a serious design flaw that will cause it to fail the first time something fouls the water injector or the first time the bottom of a pod is not punctured completely. The machine has exposed wiring in space behind the brewing chamber. In the attached pic you can even see condensation on some of the mechanical components in that space! This design flaw is consistent with some of the user reviews here that describe the machine failing after brewing a couple of cups or electrically falling after a pod overflowed. The older pod cavity was designed to overflow safely outside of the machine away from sensitive electrical components. The older design was also free of exposed wires in the space surrounding the pod. I’ve attached a photo of this safety feature on my Keurig 2.0 I’ll probably return the machine tomorrow and exchange it for either a model with the older design, or a French press is all of the current Keurig machines have this design issue. I’m planning to return the machine tomorrow

Would have given 5 stars, but it does not seem to like brewing hot cocoa. Coffee is great, cocoa not so much. Typically you would use the 6oz button for cocoa, but I use 8oz to make sure i get all of the chocolate out. Upon completion I will open it and there will still be water in the K-Cup. I typically end up opening up the K-Cup and rinsing in my hot chocolate to get it all out.

I received this brewer in July as a gift and fell in love with it due to its size and ability to fit into smaller spaces as well as the fact that you can choose more than 1 cup size AND the cold brewing feature. BUT, it has already quit working. It will not even turn on, so I am very disappointed in the quality of the brewer. For what it costs to purchase it, it should work for several years, not just a month.

You have got to be kidding me!!! Descaled my Keurig Supreme and now it doesn’t work. It’s just over a year old so, of course, the warranty has expired.This is ridiculous!! Listen to the many reviewers who have had the same problem and DON’T but this model! I have owned a Keurig since the original came out. Love having a fresh cup every cup, but I won’t be buying another.

This unit is attractive and I really do like it EXCEPT..... One needs a college course to use the "reusable" cup. What in the world was Keurig thinking?????? I almost sent this unit back but other than reusable cup I am pleased. It almost seems like Keurig is trying to force people to buy K-cups. By the way, I do use them most of the time .

I recieved my keurig complimentary for testing purposes and it is by far my favorite coffee maker ive ever owned. I can have a large cup of coffe in the morning hot and a small iced coffe in the afternoon. It has simplified my coffee routine and has gone above and beyond my expectations. I would definitely recommend this to my family and friends.

I bought this model to replace a larger older model as my roommate was using flavored coffee in it. I dont like flavored coffee too much and the flavoring kind of lingers on the coffee maker even after running a couple of cycles of hot water thru it. My roommate bought a Keurig Mini as they look almost the same, so now we can have flavored coffee from one and regular coffee from the other...They both work great!!!

I liked that it brews quicker but other than that not a great machine. I drink tea and if i want to use non kcups, you have to remove a piece that is hard to get out, would get grounds in my cup, started leaking, then just burned out, im a single guy so was not heavily used

The Keurig K-Supreme Brewer is an awesome Upgrade to my already favorite coffee pot. I purchased my 1st Keurig about 10 years ago and it has been one of the best purchases I have made. It conveniently makes single cups of coffee quickly and I have always loved the option of being able to brew a variety of drinks to meet everyone's drink preference. The Keurig K-Supreme allows you to choose from 4 different cup sizes which I absolutely love since I can now make more than a standard 8 oz. cup. I also love that this Brewer now pierces more than one hole in the coffee pod which provides more delicious flavor in every single cup. My absolute favorite feature of this Brewer is the fact that there is more than one position to move the water reservoir so you are not limited to a certain counter space. I would highly recommend this Keurig Brewer to anyone! It provides a flavorful, convenient cup of coffee with the push of a button. The variety of hot and cold drinks is awesome.
