Sams used to have the best rotisserie chickens, we were buying 1 a week but something has changed in the past few months and now they are entirely too salty. Im not sure if its the seasoning that has changed or what but we cant eat them being this salty.

Very disappointed. We picked up one from the deli today and it wasn't cooked all the way through. Time needs to be added to get these done. I wonder if anyone else has this problem. And the bakery cinnamon rolls were stale. Wasn't a good day to shop in store. And I rarely do because the store is so far away.

ABSOLUTELY THE BEST STORE BOUGHT ROTISSERIE CHICKEN!!!!!!! Bigger and better than ANY we have had, and we have had MANY. Sam's are much larger. HUGE BREAST! Very good. Have been buying for years and will continue to do so. Only gripe...our store is SOLD OUT quite often. Let's try to fix this! LOL.

ALWAYS raw. We eat the breast meat and trash the rest. One can actually smell the raw chicken. I have contacted the company about this issue. Said they would check into it and give me a refund on the recent purchase. Apparently there will be no change because the last chicken I purchased was just as raw as the first and all those in-between. Never did see a refund or store credit.

I had never met a rotisserie chicken I didn't like until I tried the one from Sam's. I don't mind a little black pepper in seasoning, but they went way overboard with it in the seasoning. I tried a piece of chicken without any skin on it, and the black pepper flavor was still there, like it had been marinated in a black pepper solution or something. I threw it away.

First time ever to get a rotisserie chicken that was still raw inside. This has been a staple in our house and I've never been dissatisfied, but we threw this one out because it was still pink and bloody inside. I would take it back for a refund but not driving 40 miles for a $4.98 purchase. My normal rating, until today, wouldbe 5 stars.

The four-star rating is because I would rather not have to place it in the air fryer or oven to ensure it is fully cooked. However, that is a small inconvenience to save both prep time and cook time. It provides a quicker and delicious meal option that can be served several ways for up to three days, depending on how many people are being served.

I am usually satisfied with the rotisserie chicken. I did a curbside pickup 6-2-26 including the chicken at the Amarillo Sam's at Westgate. I managed to eat a leg and thigh, but even the dark meat was dry. The rest was thrown in the trash. It wasn't worth driving across town to get a refund. I picked it up around 11:00. I don't believe the chicken was made "fresh" today.

We've been buying these rotisserie chickens for years and they've always been amazing. This time it was 50% smaller than usual for the same price. Still grateful for the low price and great flavor but be aware they have gotten much smaller when planning dinner for your family.

it appears each time the this is ordered no matter how much time is given for the delivery, it does not get delivered as ordeted or expected.I feel this is a fault of those receiving the order to not ensuring ample chickens are available for deliveries orders taken first. It is not like you are in the store and you can select another item. you are paying extra for the service and most of the time allowing extra time for a delivery window. very disappointed third time!
