The chicken was very undercooked. The meat near bones was still red and bloody. Had to cook it again at home but it killed the flavor. I see many complaints about undercooked chicken but seems like no one cares.

This chicken keeps getting more and more RAW or blatantly Undercooked if you order pickup. At least if we walk in we can try and choose a one that's been cooked. We've stopped buying it.

Of all the years I walked in the store and selected my own rotisserie but this last time I ordered through curbside and was delivered the most shriveled chicken ever. DRY.

Very disappointed in the chicken, it had no flavor and was very stringy or mushy. I put bbq sauce on it to give it some flavor and it still was blah tasting. I won't be buying again

This is the second time I've had my chickens bloody in the middle. 0ne time I can understand, there has been twice a week with in each other. Some other lady said she got hers not cooked.

Chicken wasn't cooked. The outside looked fine but it was very pink, bloody and couldn't pull off the bones to ever reheat!! I threw it in the trash. It was almost raw!!!

First time purchasing and will be the last. Did not care for the flavor or after taste. Hate to waste food but had to throw in the trash. Love Sam's club and all other produsts but will not purchase this item again. :-(

I wish Sams would go back to using the Lawry's Perfect Blend Chicken & Poultry Rub when cooking the rotisserie chickens. I missed that favor. You even stopped carry the product.

Did it pick up order they told me that the chicken would be ready in 10 minutes and then the guy came out and said 1 hour they said they would refund the money and never did.

My husband and I get this all the time. There is a guy named Derrick who works at our sams club and he does a great job! There’s so many dishes you can make with this chicken too!!
