This was always an old standby for the wife and I when coming in from out of town, but now in her words: “I hate it.” Tasted like hot dogs to me, something major changed in the spice blend.

First time purchasing and will be the last. Did not care for the flavor or after taste. Hate to waste food but had to throw in the trash. Love Sam's club and all other produsts but will not purchase this item again. :-(

Flavor is good and crisp. Very juicy. Only thing needs changed is counter to have tickets for queue when they are finally coming out. The line jumping and aggressive actions needs to be handled better by having things in better order.

The chicken was very undercooked. The meat near bones was still red and bloody. Had to cook it again at home but it killed the flavor. I see many complaints about undercooked chicken but seems like no one cares.

I purchased 7 chickens. 6 of them was wonderful. One of them was full of blood. They were all put out at the same time so I don't know how that could happen. 6 of them were delicious.

I stood waiting for a while in the Hoover store to get a rotisserie chicken to purchase! The guy was very rude and short with everyone. The chicken was not seasoned well at all!

These are flavorful and juicy. I usually purchase at least 2. They make excellent chicken noodle soup and chicken salad. I've never bought one that was raw and have been buying them for 10 years. I hope Sam's continues selling these.

got a good taste however it is not ready to eat. it is not fully cooked. i’ve bought several that have blood oozing out when you cut into it. I stopped buying it gone to HEB instead

Bought 2 of these, and neither was cooked. I went to cut them, and there was blood at the bone. I thought I'd make a quick dinner after shopping, nope had to finish cooking it. Wasn't driving 40 minutes to return it.

The rotisserie chickens are always undercooked. The breast is fine but the legs and thighs are red/pink. I always have to cut them off and put them in my air fryer. Taste is good. just not cooked enough.
