honestly this thing was dry. the skin was good. about the only good thing. it was just way overcooked

I can buy one chicken and use it to prepare four different meals. Enchiladas or tacos, wraps, stir fry, etc.

Great taste, juicy, large size and serves several meals. I put in in the oven for an additional 30 to 45 minutes before serving.
