well seasoned, large juicy bird, excellent price, best eaten in 1-2 days but any left over makes great chicken salad

Was not thoroughly cooked. Pink near the bone. Normally it is flavorful and easily comes off bone. Was disappointed.

I strip the chicken and use in casseroles and recipes and use the carcass to make broth. it’s yummy and cheaper than buying raw chicken!
