You can’t eat this moist tasty chicken. We enjoy it for dinner, and then I freeze the carcass. When I have several, I make chicken soup.

This is a perfect rotisserie option, lotta meat on it, and you can take the bones and boil them and crush them, strain the bones out for bone broth
