Very convenient and a great value. We get two or three meals out of each one. The only bad thing is that nine out of ten times you have to wait for them to make more because they are out, it’s usually just a few minutes but I have had to wait for half an hour.

We often get these while shopping to eat when we get home. Usually they are pretty good. The last time I would have returned it if it wasn't so far. Very much over cooked. I am sure it was reheated and given a new label. THIS alone makes me Leary of EVER getting another one. We threw the whole thing out after trying to find even one serving... and couldn't find even that. Beyond just dry, in a lot of places it was too hard to even cut. Probably the most expensive, complete garbage I have ever bought. No more, last one! So wrong to relabel/ re-date to sell old food!!!

All of the chickens were over cooked and dried out. The seasoning was different than every other Sam’s Club chicken I have ever had. It tasted like turmeric. The skin and meat was yellow. When I was there, the oven timer was beeping for at least 5 minutes. I guess that’s why the chickens are dried out, no one is there to monitor them.

the employee this department in the Edison store is an IDIOT. He made a huge production of removing chickens from the oven and after every 2 skewers had to stop and pose for his "audience" describing how tiring his job was. He then proceeded to do side work while a dozen customers stood there waiting for chickens. I finally spoke up and told him to stop screwing around and do his job. After giving me dirty looks, he finished packaging and serving the customers. We waited nearly 30 extra minutes for this fiasco in your meat department. Unacceptable!

The rotisserie chicken was very good, but I ordered the 12 pk croissants and got corn muffins instead. When I called the store, I was on hold for 45 minutes, the manager did not want to make good for their mistake and also hung up on me. From now on if I continue to do a pick up order , I will make sure to check my order before I leave.

The chicken was not fully cooked, you could see where it was red all right in the middle of the breast. I deboned it and cooked it till it was done. I wanted to take it back but we had already stared eating out of it and we live in a part of Austin where there is so much traffic. They are not expensive and I rather drive to Sam's to buy the rotisserie chicken because they are a lot better the other stores but I was not expecting this.

Absolutely one of the best bargains anywhere! I bought one for the first time at Sam’s on my last pickup order. One worker brought the rest of my order and another worker went and got a fresh chicken and hand delivered it hot from the cooker. It was the largest rotisserie chicken I’ve ever bought and was juicy and delicious. We ate it fresh one meal, quesadillas next day, and chicken salad 3rd day.

Chicken not completely cook inside, but brown on the outside. I think that the chief is cooking on a high temp, cooking the outside but never completely cooking throughout. It was red and and the bones were still attached, even the white muscle. I purchased 2 and ended up having to cook them for an hour in my oven.

This is top notch chicken, tastes good with great seasoning. The sad part is you don't bake enough chicken. You have started rationing your chicken. Currently you don't bake enough chicken. On a normal day we have to stand in line for over one hour waiting for the chicken to be cooked. It is normal for the line of people waiting for chicken be 35 - 50 people deep. When we try to order online sometimes the wait list is over one day, order today and come tommow evening to get it. You need to figure out a way to fix this on-going problem.
