Always could use a wee bit more time in oven. I don’t believe I have ever purchased one that doesn’t need a bit more cooking. In fact, one time I was searching for one that had been sitting there for awhile and told one of the workers what I experience and he said his wife always has to cook hers more! That being said, I just don’t use that part because it is a great value and taste!

My last rotisserie chicken smelled Strange. When I cut up between the legs and the thighs, let’s just say I got a bad chicken😩 You are definitely not known for that So I hope one day I have the chance to try it again. I don’t drive so I had a hard time getting it back to Sam’s

The quality control has left the building on this item. First, more often than not, one of the quarters is not cooked through. If that quarter is fully cooked the other side is burnt. I buy these regularly as a lunch for my employees. Some days I will purchase multiple birds so the employees can take something home to have a quick dinner for their families. While we are able to cook them further, the reason I purchased the chicken is because it’s supposedly fully cooked. Secondly, the chicken has lacked in seasoning the last two times I bought the product. Again, I shouldn’t have to fix the problem after purchase. And since the seasoning has been lacking, when I gather the scraps & bones from the freezer to make broth, the broth is no longer as rich tasting as it’s been in the past. The seasoning issue has happened at three different warehouses so I think Sam’s may be skimping. I didn’t purchase any today because of the disappointment in the last two purchases..

I rarely buy processed foods of any kind but I make an exception with these roasted chickens. They are big, juicy, moist and tender because they're rarely over cooked, unlike WM deli. They are so convenient for me that I usually buy two at a time....just for me and my husband! We can get at least two meals if not more from one chicken. I like shredding the meat for so many uses: on top of large salads, quick chicken and vegetable soup, chicken enchiladas, chicken Alfredo....chicken salad....you name it. Sometimes I just put one into the freezer so I have it for later.

Best price in these inflated times. I know Sam's Club don’t really make money on their rotisserie chickens and they are much larger than any grocery store including Walmart. We pick up a couple every time we shop here and take one and bless a family with a dinner. Thank you Sam’s Club for at least keeping one of your products affordable.

Typically, I truly like the taste of the rotisserie cooked chickens from Sam’s. I don’t mind if the skin is somewhat roasted/burned. The meat is usually moist and easy to eat. Unfortunately, this time around the meat was very tough and not tasty. Someone rushed to get these rotisserie chickens out and into the display case😖

We love getting your rotisserie chicken. The problem is that many times the chicken is being made and we have to wait a long time for them to make it. Sometimes we have to wait 45 minutes for them to put the chicken out. Maybe that's something you can work on.

You won't find a better rotisserie chicken than this! And no one can beat the price! You can cut in large pieces as the main dish OR slice into smaller pieces for adding to a salad OR shred for chicken salad OR make chicken noodle soup! Your choices are limitless!!

BJ's Seasoned Rotisserie Chickens are the best of all the groceries and wholesale stores. They are always tasty, and their size is consistently larger than those that I have purchased at any other stores. I am disappointed when I have to purchase a rotisserie chicken at any other local or wholesale store.

Chicken is either cooked or raw, there is no in between. This chicken that was given to me in my pick up order was not done. It seems like this store is always behind in getting stuff out to customers, serving customers at the register, and even assisting at the help desk. They are not under staff because most of them are standing around talking to each other.
