The rotisserie chickens at our store are always juicy and plump and delicious!! I see there are a lot of bad reviews about these being raw, but I always see the workers checking with a meat thermometer after the machine starts beeping and if it's still not ready they add more time to them.

normally I love a Sam's club rotisserie chicken because they're yummy for a quick day of meal, but they're especially good for meal prepping after cutting it up. this time, I only was able to eat about half the meat, I threw away the rest of the chicken be ause it was pink and not cooked fully! the top part of the chicken, the breast, was salvageable and I felt comfortable eating the meat. but anything lower, the thighs, wings, bottom of the chicken were not cooked! it was pink and gooey... I wish I would've bought raw chicken instead to cook and get enough to meal prep instead of buying this one because that was not a great experience for me.

Everytime I get a chicken it's raw it doesn't matter which location. Just got one on a whim last night thinking oh this location wouldn't be raw and it was ..Highly disappointed but they are always raw so I've learned my lesson several times. I would not recommend this product.

I usually buy two rotisserie chickens for a quick meal. Was so disappointed with my last purchase. A couple other people and I wanted a fresh batch. I noticed what I assume to be the cooking timer say 18 min, so we went to the other side of the store to finish shopping. That took approx. 8-10 minutes. Came back to the oven, and the guy was taking them off the rotisserie. If that was a timer on the oven that I saw, that chicken should have had at least 8-10 more minutes. It looked like he used a thermometer, so I assumed they were fully cooked, since they were so nice and brown. When we got home, someone cut the breast which looked okay. The problem came down to pulling off the leg. The bone joint was so reddish pink that no one wanted any. I live 30 minutes away, so it wasn't worth my time to go back to the store for a refund. If you choose to buy these, pull off the leg before you begin eating. I read someone comment that the reddish color was the paprika. Nah....you only expect a a shade of reddish pink when there's a smoke ring from bbq chicken. Won't get these any time soon.

Only down fall I don’t buy any more because it is not done it’s slimy and in pink meat. that is just under cooked and it does not mater the store or day I have voice my opinion on it but still no change. I don’t want to buy it and go home and put it and the oven to cook. Price is great Sams CB club need to cook them longer so that they are not raw .

Why do they continue to burn the chilled rotisserie chicken breasts? They are dry and acrid tasting. Was hoping I could enjoy them after I removed the burned parts, but...blech. Reached out to customer service in May and they said that they would "escalate" my request to get the store (LBJ/Midway, Dallas,TX) to stop burning them. It's been two months and nothing has changed. Oh well.

This chicken was discussing, like a rubber, I never seen the chicken so big And I do know the farm chicken by the way , but this chicken looks like it's injected with something, and was reddish inside and was like a rubber, with a nasty texture Was a disgusting, and I don't know how they sell something like that.

This is a great chicken. I shop all the time for cooked Rotisserie chicken. In the Florida market Publix is way too high and dry for it's price, a local produce store too small and no flavor, Boston Market way too small price too high, and this beat's BJ;s hands down. The only thing I'm sad about now is I'm covid 19 positive and I can't get this delivered. but once I'm not sick anymore I can't wait to buy up this chicken

We got a chicken a couple weeks ago, which was very undercooked und unsafe to eat. I reported this through the Sam's app, but I haven't received a response or a refund. Management does not seem to care and continues to undercook the chicken per reviews.

How long have they been using Lawry's seasoning on these chickens? The one I bought today smelled so strange. I would swear the last one I bought a month or two ago was just plain basted and roasted, with no "sprinkles" on top. Not a fan of Lawry's. Used to love these. Not today.
