[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a very easy window air conditioner to install. My husband had it in, hooked up, and cooling down within a half an hour. It cools off our very large den real fast. We only have a swamp cooler here in AZ and sometimes they don't work so well, and with his window air conditioner, it stays so nice and comfortable. This cooler has many features. You can control it with a remote control, the smartphone app, or voice control with your Alexa. We have been mainly using the app or remote. It is an Energy star saver, which is a big plus for us here in the desert. We really like how we can turn it up or down with the remote. We spend a lot of time in this room, and even more with this air conditioner which makes it more comfortable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This AC has everything! Its extremely quite and cools perfectly! It's really easy to install in any standard window. I love that I could connect it to my Alexa and use the voice control to cut it off and on. One of my favorite features is the 24 hr timer. I set it in the morning when I leave and before I return my room is really nice and cool. My room is slightly bigger than 550 sq. ft. and it cools it great! I connected it to my IOS system and its really simple to do. It will also work with and Android. I am really really enjoying this high tech air conditioner. I highly recommend it!

It cools the room really fast and easy and I love that I don't have to get up to change the temp or speed. I can either use the remote or the voice control option. It was very easy to install and get set up to my WiFi.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love this window ac. It can be controlled several different ways that are all easy to understand and program. It cools off a large area very quickly even while on eco mode. It seems to conserve lots of energy and runs very quietly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had some very warm days earlier this summer and I could not wait to get this AC unit installed to give us cooler sleeping nights when the heat returned. Although we live in the SF Bay Area and it does not get SUPER warm, it can get up there during the summer and into the early fall so we are now ready. Having this unit WiFi enabled so that we can enable it to turn on a little before we get home is really nice. We installed it in our living room (took about an hour or so) which has the largest area and it works really fast and without a whole lot of noise to where it's distracting. I am really impressed and thankful that we now have AC for any time the evenings have warm air without any movement.

If your going to buy this air conditioner DO NOT buy because it’s WIFI. You will be very disappointed about the app and lack of continuous connection. Had for 5 days and unable to connect; says ‘offline’. There is no easy way to reboot just uninstall and reinstall. After the first five days that becomes pointless. The remote works. The air conditioner works great but the app horrible. They have to do better.

Purchased to replacement my 5K unit for better coverage. New unit works and functions during testing by touch buttons or remote, but can't get the WIFI app to work with it. No instructions with the unit to connect to WIFI, only thing found is a YouTube video that doesn't work. The only reason I give two stars: The unit turns on and works with the touch buttons and the remote, can't connect to my phone or network.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a very nice unit and i'll explain my overall rating however first things first. I love the ability for Wi-Fi and voice control, both of which worked flawlessly for me. It's not necessary however it was a very nice feature. It kept my room cool as well and seemed to do pretty well when adjusting the temperature, really helps in the hot weather. With that said, this was replacing another unit, another very plain jane unit with no Wi-Fi or voice control, and i'm not sure if it gets the room cool as fast as the old unit. It does work though and keeps it cool when it gets there, I just don't think it pushes the air out as much and that's why my 3 out of 5 stars. If I had nothing to compare it to, i might give it 4 or 5 stars. I do think you will be happy with this unit however if you are replacing something just be prepared to turn it on a little earlier (before bed for example) to give it a head start.

This company does not back their product. Had unit for 3 days, and the symbols on the control panel rubbed off. Called customer support did exactly what they told me to doe. They played the waiting game. When I contacted customer support , they did absolutely nothing to help me, other than a can speech. Support representives where very unprofessional, they told be to take the product back where I purchase, get a refund and then buy the product again. Now why would I buy the same product again, when this unit has a design problem . I read over 100 reviews about my same problem, and they were told to do the same.

I really love the fact that you can use this Google and or Alexa. Love the options and the look of it ad well. We love it!
