My husband installed it in our guest room which we just recently added in our house. The room cools easily within minutes and I like the fact that it also dehumidifies and ventilate because I have a very sensitive son who easily gets irritated during summer times due to his allergies. Also, it's an energy saver so it doesn't really cost us much with our electric bill even if it's in use it's every night. Another cool features that I really love is how easy it is control with the app and voice control. A/c Unit and app installation is very easy because it's compatible with our Alexa and google home. the remote control is also a great addition because we can control it without the hassle of getting up to adjust the and control the temperature or turning it off. We've been using it for two weeks now and we love it.

With 12,000 BTU it kept my 1000 square feet room super cool and the air circulated well throughout the room. I kept my bedroom doors open, and it also kept those rooms nice and cool. The AC was also very quiet, so I am super happy about that.

Blows so cold cools my bedroom and bathroom with ease, multiply wow features, works on wifi also this is an ac for all. Easy to install also.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a top notch window air conditioner. It's so amazing and everything I was expecting and then some. I knew it was voice activated and could be connected to WiFi but I didn't know you could pair with Google Home. I have my lights and everything controlled with google home so it was nice to add the ac on it to. This is a 12,000 btu ac and it covers a large area. We have a cabin on a lake where we stay on the weekends, that I was able to install it at. I can now power on the AC before I get to the cabin and go in to a nice cool home. Oh that means a lot to not have to go in to a hot house! My cabin isn't huge and it has an open loft and bathroom but it covers the whole area. The ac is pretty powerful to. It doesn't take long at all to cool the home. As far as looks goes, it's nice and modern looking. I've seen no leaks so far and or anything freezing on the inside. Hasn't shorted out or anything along those line. It's been great so far. The app is very easy to navigate and set up was easy. Comes with a remote, I probably will control it through the app or Google Home, but it's a great benefit if your not in to smart phones. All in all I'm more then please. The ac is made very very well. High quality make for sure and it's built to last. I'd absolutely recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Air conditioner starts cooling whatever room you have it in very rapidly after turning it on. It's very quiet while running. It's very energy efficent. Easy to set up. Has a handheld remote and a cell phone app that makes operating the air conditioner even easier than a manual one. Has extra features that many other brand of air conditioners don't, like 3 speed fan, eco mode and an easy to service filter.

This company does not back their product. Had unit for 3 days, and the symbols on the control panel rubbed off. Called customer support did exactly what they told me to doe. They played the waiting game. When I contacted customer support , they did absolutely nothing to help me, other than a can speech. Support representives where very unprofessional, they told be to take the product back where I purchase, get a refund and then buy the product again. Now why would I buy the same product again, when this unit has a design problem . I read over 100 reviews about my same problem, and they were told to do the same.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have this product to supplement my central A/C unit in the hottest room of my home. Let's face it, a southern Louisiana Summer is HOT and i will take all of the extra cool i can get. I have been very pleased with this product in respect to ease of installation and ease of use. Also the output of cool air does not disappoint and the wifi and voice control features are a bonus to easily change the temp as needed.

INSTALL - Fairly straight forward & only req'd a few tools plus a drill for 1/8" pilot holes for the 1/2" metal screws to secure in place. Took approx 30 mins from out-of-the-box & in-the-window operation. Took another 30 - 45 mins to install gaskets / tape for sealing purposes + setting up the SMART App & Alexa. TEMP - First day of use in FLORIDA Spring (5/31/20) - 96F & sunny! Put it on 62F to get a 300' SF room cooled down. Took about 2 hours but it worked great & blows very cold air! Thermometer placed at vents registered 61F & you could feel the cool air 10' - 15' away from the unit. REMOTE - this little unit also has a remote to help you control the unit's temp, mode, fan speed, etc. so you don't have to get-up ... of course, if you have a smart phone, read on ... SMART APP - This took several tries & 2 devices. USE ONLY 2.4ghz WiFi signal when connecting to your home network & the AC network OR you will NOT successfully configure the unit. Even after doing this several times, I ended up switching devices from my iPhone 8+ to my iPad. I kept getting "Internal Error" when attempting to move on from Step 3 after successfully connecting to the AC Network. I downloaded the same app on the iPad, logged-in, followed the same set-up as before - Viola ... SUCCESS on the 1st try!! Once connected, you can activate Alexa & to use voice commands from within the house or from your iPhone Alexa app for "scenes" if your home is SMART configured. You can also use the MIDEA AIR AP. This has some nice user interface from background color to let you know which mode your AC unit is running as well as the ability to control / set temp, mode, fan speed, etc. There's also another feature that allows you to set up daily / weekly routines for all the various settings too; PROS: Cold Air! Easy DIY install for most folks!! SIMPLE buttons!!! Remote & SMART iPhone App capable!! CONS: Needs bigger "side-screens" for larger (> 36" wide) window openings.
