[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have an older home that is two stories. It is hard to keep the upstairs cool especially in the summer in Louisiana! Our kids rooms and a playroom are upstairs and it gets quite warm up there. We received the Midea 10,000 BTUSmartCool Window Air Conditioner with Wi-Fi and Voice Control. We thought this could be the extra boost of cool air we need to keep the upstairs cooled in the summer. We installed it in the playroom which is in the center room of the house. I like that you can control it via the smart phone MideaAir app. And it also has a remote control for easy use as well. It does offer wifi and voice control via Alexa or Google Home but we have not used that feature yet. Installation was pretty easy with the installation kit that was provided. The directions were easy to follow. It's relatively quiet and cooled the room very quickly. The features are great and I don't think it's missing anything - at least for our needs. I think this was just what we needed to solve our upstairs air flow needs!

The blue display light is so bright it has disrupted my circadian rhythms. It was so hard to install and is still not in there correctly. The window screen doesn't fit as stated in the sales description. Lastly, there were no WiFi instructions in the manual.

I got this a.c from a local retailer. The thing I don't get is it doesn't drip like my old LG window a.c. It looks like the drain hole is on the opposite side where the condensation is but on the bottom so it doesn't drip. Another thing to mention is looking at the back there is a screw going through the back fins to hold the housing in place instead of going into the frame. Kinda like the a.c was half fast put together. At least it keeps my room cool though. Also I have it set so it turns on and off at a specific time and day and set the temperature. I can control it from my phone no matter where I'm at. Thats a plus. Yes I do recommend but No because of what I mentioned.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With summer heat and humidity here ,this Midea 8,000 BTU Smart Cool Window Air Conditioner with Wi-Fi and Voice Control was a welcome addition to my home .This compact room A/C(with easy Installation kit included )was easy for my husband to install and fit perfectly in my 36 in wide bedroom window. It appears well made of quality materials and cooled my (little less than suggested 350 sq. ft.) bedroom very quickly .This has a lot of the bells and whistles of more expensive brand names like: 3-in-1 Comfort: Cools, Dehumidifies, and Ventilates , Smart Phone Control from anywhere using their app or Alexa , 2 Fan Speeds , 2 Cooling modes and even Energy Saver . Also a washable filter. I would defiantly recommend this a/c units to all my friends and family.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a top notch window air conditioner. It's so amazing and everything I was expecting and then some. I knew it was voice activated and could be connected to WiFi but I didn't know you could pair with Google Home. I have my lights and everything controlled with google home so it was nice to add the ac on it to. This is a 12,000 btu ac and it covers a large area. We have a cabin on a lake where we stay on the weekends, that I was able to install it at. I can now power on the AC before I get to the cabin and go in to a nice cool home. Oh that means a lot to not have to go in to a hot house! My cabin isn't huge and it has an open loft and bathroom but it covers the whole area. The ac is pretty powerful to. It doesn't take long at all to cool the home. As far as looks goes, it's nice and modern looking. I've seen no leaks so far and or anything freezing on the inside. Hasn't shorted out or anything along those line. It's been great so far. The app is very easy to navigate and set up was easy. Comes with a remote, I probably will control it through the app or Google Home, but it's a great benefit if your not in to smart phones. All in all I'm more then please. The ac is made very very well. High quality make for sure and it's built to last. I'd absolutely recommend.

I have a large living room, more long than wide. And the Midea cooled it down in less than 20 minutes. I love all the features and the filter is super easy to remove and clean. This is the best A.C. we have ever gotten.

It connects to Wi-Fi and has a remote control TOO COOL! It cools off my giant livingroom and kitchen area ! Super easy to use with tons of settings.
