Installation of the unit was basic and didn't take too long. I set it up to my smartphone without any issues and got it all connected right away. It really looks nice in my home and isn't an eyesore like my last one. Has a nice sized digital display that is easy to read. The remote is convenient and has a good reach so I can control it from pretty far away. Cools off my entire living room just fine. I am loving how it is smart controlled too, fits right into my lifestyle.

I went to a local home improvement store and purchased a bracket to install in the mindow for the unit to have some additional support. Im in South Texas and it gets HOT. My AC struggles to keep this old house cool. The Midea smart cool unit has been an excellent addition to my house. It keeps the house cool and keeps my electric bill down. I love that this can be operated via Alexa or the app. So I can adjust the settings while I'm away. There is a dehumidifier option, 2 fan speeds, a timer and a sleep mode. The filer is washable as well.

My family is enjoying the great tempature it keeps in our home and with the smart features we don't have to worry about forgetting to turn it on when we go out anymore, we can do that while we are out. No more having to be at home to adjust the temp settings, they can be conveniently done from my phone or through our Alexa. It keeps out living area nice and cool even on the hottest of days. Comes with remote and app to install to control temp settings easily and power on and off. I am very happy with this unit and reccommend everyone giving it a try.

This AC unit is great. I love being able to lay in bed and control it with the app. Cools the bedroom quickly. I could see how some say it’s loud, but puts me to sleep. Shipping was OK. Took it out of the box and installed it. Easy! Then walked outside to check it out and it was dented. No big deal, still works. Others might have returned it.

It cools off our very large den real fast. We only have a swamp cooler here in AZ and sometimes they don't work so well, and with his window air conditioner, it stays so nice and comfortable. This cooler has many features. You can control it with a remote control, the smartphone app, or voice control with your Alexa. We have been mainly using the app or remote. It is an Energy star saver, which is a big plus for us here in the desert. We really like how we can turn it up or down with the remote. We spend a lot of time in this room, and even more with this air conditioner which makes it more comfortable.
