[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is one compact yet powerful window ac unit. It is a lot easier to install with two people. The installation was easy. The digital features make it more modern and cool looking. You can control the the ac with an app on your phone. We are still trying to trouble shoot on the app connecting to ac unit. Once the temperature is set, the unit will maintain that temperature. It will shut off once temperature is achieved and turn back on when it needs make room cooler. This is very energy efficient. We are very happy with this ac unit.

It can be controlled from the unit itself, with the remote, and you can download an app and control it from your phone! With the app, I can turn it on when I'm heading home from the store, work, etc. and let it start cooking things down before I come home. It is also voice controlled which is even better when I'm laying on the couch and getting too hot or too cold and need to adjust it without getting up. It has multiple fan speeds and settings to find just what you need. It really is an amazing air conditioner!

My family is enjoying the great tempature it keeps in our home and with the smart features we don't have to worry about forgetting to turn it on when we go out anymore, we can do that while we are out. It was easy to install and set up and runs beautifully.

This unit has the "usual" AC unit features like different fan and cooling speeds and a remote control, but it also has AMAZING features like that you can use your mobile phone to control it or you can even enable Alexa to help out! These are the things that set this unit apart from the others. Technology is amazing. You won't be disappointed in your purchase of this unit. Highly recommended!

This AC unit is great. I love being able to lay in bed and control it with the app. Cools the bedroom quickly. I could see how some say it’s loud, but puts me to sleep. Shipping was OK. Took it out of the box and installed it. Easy! Then walked outside to check it out and it was dented. No big deal, still works. Others might have returned it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a top notch window air conditioner. It's so amazing and everything I was expecting and then some. I knew it was voice activated and could be connected to WiFi but I didn't know you could pair with Google Home. I have my lights and everything controlled with google home so it was nice to add the ac on it to. This is a 12,000 btu ac and it covers a large area. We have a cabin on a lake where we stay on the weekends, that I was able to install it at. I can now power on the AC before I get to the cabin and go in to a nice cool home. Oh that means a lot to not have to go in to a hot house! My cabin isn't huge and it has an open loft and bathroom but it covers the whole area. The ac is pretty powerful to. It doesn't take long at all to cool the home. As far as looks goes, it's nice and modern looking. I've seen no leaks so far and or anything freezing on the inside. Hasn't shorted out or anything along those line. It's been great so far. The app is very easy to navigate and set up was easy. Comes with a remote, I probably will control it through the app or Google Home, but it's a great benefit if your not in to smart phones. All in all I'm more then please. The ac is made very very well. High quality make for sure and it's built to last. I'd absolutely recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love this window ac. It can be controlled several different ways that are all easy to understand and program. It cools off a large area very quickly even while on eco mode. It seems to conserve lots of energy and runs very quietly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a very nice unit and i'll explain my overall rating however first things first. I love the ability for Wi-Fi and voice control, both of which worked flawlessly for me. It's not necessary however it was a very nice feature. It kept my room cool as well and seemed to do pretty well when adjusting the temperature, really helps in the hot weather. With that said, this was replacing another unit, another very plain jane unit with no Wi-Fi or voice control, and i'm not sure if it gets the room cool as fast as the old unit. It does work though and keeps it cool when it gets there, I just don't think it pushes the air out as much and that's why my 3 out of 5 stars. If I had nothing to compare it to, i might give it 4 or 5 stars. I do think you will be happy with this unit however if you are replacing something just be prepared to turn it on a little earlier (before bed for example) to give it a head start.

Been using this for 4 days and it is awesome. It is nearly freezing us out. We have it in the dining room window pointing towards the kitchen. Between the two rooms it’s cooling an area 27x12 with no problem. Considering the house is 75 years old and the heat and humidity are terrible, I’m impressed. I will be buying smaller ones for a couple of smaller rooms.

With 12,000 BTU it kept my 1000 square feet room super cool and the air circulated well throughout the room. I kept my bedroom doors open, and it also kept those rooms nice and cool. The AC was also very quiet, so I am super happy about that.
