Got this installed yesterday done exactly as instructed. Outside it sounds like popcorn. Inside it's very squeaky. I'd return but no one else has a big one in stock and it's southern HOT.. it says with the water it can make a noise but this is unreasonable noise.

I order this approximately a 1 & 1/2 weeks ago. Product arrived early but when I unboxed the unit it appears as though one of the plastic fan mounts are broken. Unit works but unsure of the quality inspections if this was shipped this way. Would like someone to assist. I am currently using the unit because of the temperatures. Wouldn't recommend at this time but may update depending on how responsive the company is to my issue

If you are installing in vinyl or replacement windows, BEWARE. The company advises against this and does not give any info to support customers doing this. In order to avoid damaging your window, you will need to figure out how to support the weight of the unit above the metal vinyl sill lip... with shims or a wood board. Also, you will need to figure out how to support and brace the weight of the unit so it doesn't fall out. See You Tube video about L - shaped bracket clip that screws onto top of AC and hooks on top of window frame. Some AC brackets are sold that could bridge over the vinyl window lip such as Top Shelf TSB-2438 ($100 + and out of stock) Midea makes a U shaped AC unit that comes with a special window bracket that allows for installation in a vinyl window.

Works, sorta. Pay the extra 300 get one that REALLY works.

This thing doesn't drain properly even though we have it installed correctly. It grows black stinking mold and shoots out stinking air!

Started making noise then stopped cooling as it should. I have same model from last year 2022 and it cools more than this one i purchased in 2023. Plan on returning. Would not recommend. Inconvenience.

Let's face it, a southern Louisiana Summer is HOT and i will take all of the extra cool i can get. I have been very pleased with this product in respect to ease of installation and ease of use. Also the output of cool air does not disappoint and the wifi and voice control features are a bonus to easily change the temp as needed.
