Trust me, don’t buy it.

It will break. I was lucky, mine lasted 11 months. Sams will only accept returns on it for 3 months. Manufacturer warranty is 1 year, but you have to pay to ship the heavy item back to them before you get a repair or replacement....on an item that won’t last you a year. It made good ice, but the fan is very loud. To the point I would have to turn a tv up in the next room to hear over the noise. Read plenty of other reviews about the machine breaking. Sams should stop selling this inferior item.

Garbage Dont waste your money

Huge dissappointment. I have owned 2 in a matter of 2 years, both stopped working within a few months. I followed the owners manual on cleaning it. I bought the first one and second was a gift. The last one is constantly giving me the "add water" light even though it has the recommended amount of water in it. It definitely makes ice quickly but for it to only last 3 to 4 months, its not worth it.

Freezes up after 4 months of use

I'm not happy with this purchase. We bought this ice maker at the end of April and it's only September and it's no longer working. It freezes up like a block of ice every time instead of making cubes like it's supposed to. We have tried thawing out out, looking for leaks, to no avail. This is backed by Sam's Club guarantee so hopefully they'll make it right.

Stops Working

I'm guessing most of the great reviews about this product was posted soon after purchase because this "ice maker" was great, but after two weeks it made less and less ice everyday before simply either shutting down completely or the mechanics goes in an endless cycle producing NO ice.
