This is a lightweight AMAZING little ice maker we have been running it 24/7 for a month now..with NO ISSUES..and we have been bagging ice as well as filling our glasses non stop we have so much ice now we can almost start our own ice house. 🧊 The quality of the ice is Fantastic! It is chewable yet it last longer in the glasses...i give this ice maker an A+. Yes you will need to fill the well with water but we are a family of 3 and its just something we all keep an eye on. Not a problem.

Works very well. Just a quick word of advice that my Dad always told me about refrigerants, Always let them sit in their intended spots for at least a couple of hours before using them, otherwise you will have troubles. This is true with this item as well. I have had nothing but proper performance out of this ice maker. I recommend. Really makes ice fast. Make sure to empty the bin often because it does not keep the cute little ice frozen.

I have spent many years freezing ice cubes, spilling water in the freezer and on the floor. I have well water and it is simply too hard for an ice maker in my fridge. We purchase reverse osmosis water an simply pour water into the reservoir turn it on and have ice. This is my second, the first lasted 3-4 years. It is one of the few things my husband has told me was a great purchase. We absolutely love it.

Very minimal setup. Controls are defined and easy to understand and operate. Fill it water and let it go. When ice basket is full, the ice has been sitting for awhile and isn't very frozen so when transferring it to the freezer take care to separate the cubes or you'll have a huge block once frozen. We bought this for our son in his dorm and feel like it a perfect solution for a small space.

This ice maker is the standard bullet type with 2 different sizes. I tried both and actually prefer the large. The noise level is NOT overly loud, which I know some can be. My main complaint is that water for the next batch of ice pours onto the freshly dumped ice “cubes” before I can transfer them to a container for the freezer. When the “cubes” are transferred to the freezer, after just having water poured over them, it creates and large block of bullet ice that needs to be smashed in order to separate. Other than that inconvenience, I’d recommend buying but only IF you can get it on sale or clearance.

I want to really like it, but I don't. It makes ice quickly, but it's really loud and the ice is more like 'firm slushy water'.... If you don't use the ice that is made quickly, it melts within the machine in about 10 minutes. If you do use the ice, it also melts very quickly. I use the insulated tumblers all the time, that usually keep ice in your drink for a day or two... But not with these ice cubes.

Makes ice really fast does the job cannot store the ice in there but that’s OK. I put it in a bag and put it in the freezer. Really can’t go wrong for the price. Make sure you dry it out really well when you’re done if you’re not using it. Don’t want mold, growing down in those holes.

This machine makes ice quickly. I imagined that it would keep the ice cold, but it doesn't. It fills up a basket that must be emptied into another container and put in the freezer. The ice will melt if left inside the ice maker. We empty it into the dispenser for our broken ice maker in our freezer. Then the problem is that the ice all freezes together and has to be broken apart. I'll be returning it and going back to using ice cube trays.

The machine is nice but the ice itself starts to melt when the basket is full and the ice needs to be placed on a cookie sheet and placed in the freezer in order to keep them frozen. Often after they are fully frozen and placed in the ice bin in the freezer they clump together. Will be returning this for a replacement because I I know another one that I use at work the ice stays nice just in the basket.

It keep saying low water when the tank is clearly full. I had bought another model ice maker of the same brand that has been working for about a year for myself. I had purchased this one as a gift. I’m hoping the older model is still available for in store purchase and I can just exchange.
