The machine is nice but the ice itself starts to melt when the basket is full and the ice needs to be placed on a cookie sheet and placed in the freezer in order to keep them frozen. Often after they are fully frozen and placed in the ice bin in the freezer they clump together. Will be returning this for a replacement because I I know another one that I use at work the ice stays nice just in the basket.

Works well and is easy to move around. Only two downsides are you have to add water and the ice isn’t refrigerated, so it will melt if not used in a timely manner. It produces ice very quickly and the bullet shaped pieces have a hole in the center which aides in the cooling of the drink.

It’s absolutely wonderful we use it for camping. Makes enough ice for us to have drinks on those hot days and makes ice fast. We bought it almost a year ago and haven’t had one issue with it.

This is the 2nd one I've bought got my daughter one for Christmas and it worked so well that i got me one when my ice maker went out in my freezer. I love the ice and would recommend this to anyone. Its very quiet and makes ice fast.

Bought this machine to replace a previous ice maker and like it even more. The compact size is great in the kitchen. I love not having to empty and fill ice trays for cold drinks.

Ice machine can be a little loud at times. First few batches seem to be thinner bullets, then they get slightly bigger. Bucket holds a good size amount of ice.

We've had a couple of these over the years, but they don't last forever. We've gotten used to having ice for our tea and sodas. Hopefully this one will last a few years.

Love!! This ice maker. The ice is a little bigger than I’ve seen from other brands. It produces ice quickly and keeps it solid. We use it in our camper and it is perfect. It takes up minimum space. Great purchase!

This is the best. Now I don’t run out of ice. This is a wonderful ice maker. It does just as the description says it will. I can make ice ahead and bag it instead of having to go buy some for my party.

Since our ice maker went south on our fridge/freezer..... we decided to stop buying vans of ice and get one of these. Works great and we dig the little bullet shaped "cubes".
