I have some girlfriends who are not big red wine drinkers and they were pleasantly surprised with this wine. It wasn't too dry, was warm, and had an almost fruity aroma. It also paired really nicely with the colder weather. I will be bringing this wine with me as a gift for the host during this upcoming holiday season!

Though there is a distinct dark cherry atoma and flavor, it is overshadowed by other flavors and is more tannic than I typically enjoy. Nonetheless, it is enjoyable and would pair well with a fall stew or strong cheese.

As soon as you smell the wine, you can smell plum, black cherry, gingerbread, Once I sipped it, you have other flavors you can detect such as Plum, spice, smoked flavors. I paired this one with Hard aged cheese with variety of crackers and kiwi to balance it. I also added curated meats. This is the perfect appietizer wine.

It has a subtle smoky flavor but still has a sweet, well-rounded taste. It's a great red blend with a flavor unique from others I have tried. I would definitely recommend!

This was not the case with The Robert Mondavi Private Selection Rye Barrel-Aged Red Blend. Aging in the barrel provides rich notes that give it more depth than it's competitors.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely loved this wine. It was the perfect red from the color to the taste. The slight hint sweet smell and a beautiful lighter red color. For ones that are not normally a red drinker this will be a go to when Im feeling like having a red. We paired it with classic chocolate chip cookie and they complimented each other.

The bottle was inviting and easy to find. At my party I made skirt steak and paired with this beautiful wine. The wine was delicious with smooth hints of cinnamon, nutmeg and boysenberry.
