The recipe has changed and it is terrible! I use to love this chicken salad and would purchase it weekly. The last two times I've purchased it I've tried a bite out of it and tossed it. Will no longer be purchasing it and wasting my money. Bring back the original recipe!

New recipe is awful! I thought the chicken salad looked different but bought it anyway. When I got home and opened it, there were oily spots on the top and bottom. I will probably throw it away! The old recipe was my favorite. Very disappointed in the chicken salad now!

why change the recipe??? i have bought chicken salad from the Oxford, AL location for years. i am extremely disappointed in the recipe change. it was once large chunks of white meat chicken, mayo, and celery but now it is grey chicken mush with too many seasonings. paprika does not belong in chicken salad. i really hope the old recipe returns quickly. i can see by the latest 1 star reviews i'm not the only dissatisfied customer.

Waste of $10 to try the "new" recipe. How difficult is it to take chicken breast, ACTUAL MAYONNAISE, celery, onion and seasonings, and mix it up? It almost seems the chicken was put through a blender. Instead, you get a literal mash-up of bad-tasting, over-salted, watery mess that clearly does not have real mayonnaise in it. Sam's always seems to over-season; over onion; and over garlic everything. Not a bit better than the old recipe; and probably worse.

Horrible!!! Did the recipe change???? This Chicken Salad has been a staple in my house for a long time, but this last purchase was DISGUSTING!!!! So bad that I checked the expiration date three times to see if it had expired. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE go back to the original recipe!!!

i ordered this chicken salad for delivery and instantly noticed a different appearance of the product. i would have returned it if i had the time. We did eat about half of it, but was disappointed in the taste %26 mushy texture. please bring back the original recipe- it was one of our must buys, now it's a pass.

The taste is not good! I can live with the chicken being more shredded, (I prefer the larger chunks) but the taste is just plain odd and I didn't feel the best after eating it. This is not fresh and light like the old receipe and the oil separation is not appealing on the shelf or to the eye. You can tell this is an over processed food. While I used to struggle not to buy the old receipe, I will be able to resist the new one and won't buy it for sure. I even thought about returning the uneaten portion to the store and I never do that. Please bring back the old receipe!

Not sure what changed, visually the appearance was definitely different. Appeared to have paprika and pepper visible, where there used to be celery now appears to be some kind of relish. Definitely not the quality that I have been used to. Hopefully this isn't a permanent change, use to be a staple of every visit.

Used to love this and about 3 weeks ago, I noticed the celery was missing. So I cut up celery and added it. Purchased again noticing it looked different. Complete recipe change and it's gross! They raised the price, removed the veggie, and it's terrible now! Just avoid it.

WHAT DID YOU DO TO IT Sam's Club?! This has always been my go-to chicken salad. The best chicken salad ever. This last batch was nasty. The chicken was like….minced or something rather than its normal chunks and the flavor was weird. Please change it back. Why do stores always try to fix what's not broken…
