You changed it!!!! Its terrible now!!! This sweet prep is better for tuna salad not chicken salad. I started buying it for the original taste not this. If you look back at my purchase history you can see how often I bought it. I won't buy this again.

I have raved about Sam's Club chicken salad to everyone I know. They used the rotisserie chicken and it was fabulous. Within the last few months, it tastes awful. I gave them several opportunities thinking maybe it was just a bad batch. But no, probably some cost cutting crap. Don't waste your money.

Absolutely garbage now. There's no rotisserie flavor, it tastes like canned chicken, and it's basically mush. Also, I like pickles as much as the next guy but the taste is overwhelming here. We won't be buying this anymore. Sam's Club, don't make me start going to BJs.

What has happened to the Sam's chicken salad?? We used to look forward to purchasing this once a week. The last several weeks, we have noticed that the quality has declined greatly. The big chunks of chicken have been replaced with what appears to be shredded or flaked chicken similar to tuna fish. The texture is off, and the taste is off also. The difference is palpable , and not in a good way . I don't know if it's an effort to save money on Sam's part, but they won't be saving money from us. We will no longer purchase it. Bring back the original Sam's!

Why did you have to go and mess with a good thing just make a few extra dollars? The original rotisserie chicken salad recipe was fantastic. But, this new recipe turns my stomach. I won't buy it anymore. I'm starting to turn my business to your competitor. Your offerings are going down hill while your price keeps going up. I'm starting to question whether it's worth keeping my membership.

This used to be my favorite quick and convenient way to eat lunch, to the point where I would buy a big tub once a week for me and my son to split. Bought it (and quickly returned it) when we realized that they had changed the recipe to include more processed ingredients and no longer make it in house. It literally is shipped to them premade in bags. Shame on Sam's for contributing to the food waste issue by choosing to no longer reuse its leftover rotisserie chicken for its chicken salad, and double shame for cheaping out as per usual. Considering cancelling my membership over this.

Always loved this chicken salad. They changed the recipe and no longer make it on site. Now it has a funny taste that our family doesn't like. We've noticed this new style sits in the food case and ends up being marked down just to move it. Please bring back the original recipe.

New recipe is awful!🤮🤮🤮 And no warning when placing my pick up order that it was different. New recipe means the item%23 and reviews should restart fresh - and not make shoppers think it's the same item. The recipe is too different. You could have at least label it to notify customers of the change. Quite disappointing for the Members Mark product line.

What have you done to the Rotisserie Chicken Salad? ?? I was always a fan but really don't like the new recipe. The old recipe was chunkier and had much better seasoning. This one has too much dressing and more shredded chicken. I won't be buying it again unless the old recipe returns and that makes me sad.

Sam's Club! Did you change this recipe? Have always had an addiction to this chicken salad but just picked one up (June 2026) and it's totally different and not for the better! Hardly any chicken chunks in it- it's more like a mousse consistency. Flavor also changed. Please go back to what you were doing. 🙏
