My daughter brought me a serving of these, one holiday when we were both too exhausted to host. We each cooked for our homes and I had her to come by and get some of my desserts. I had never had Kale but gave it a try and was pleasantly surprised. It's a hearty little dish, all on its own. Stir it up and enjoy!!

This pasta salad is a good starter. I like to add more fresh chopped veggies to it, like onions, carrots or peppers. It tastes really good. I also, like to portion this into sandwich bags, flatten them and freeze for later. Thaws out really fast on it's own. Makes a good summer lunch for a single person.

Dry, not enough oil in it anymore. Has lots of steams. Not recommended any longer.

Love this salad. It would be more stars if there was more veggies in it. The kale is perfect (except for the stalk), nice and soft.

Had an ok flavor but the kale had very hard stems. Would not recommend.

This salad makes you want to eat kale! It’s seasoned perfectly, filling and a great side to any meal. Add protein to it, like chicken or salmon and you’ve got an instant main dish.

Someone brought this in for a luncheon at work and I tried it. Totally thought I'd hate it but I fell in love with it. Went to Sams brought it home and we eat it every week. Great price and taste.

This Mediterranean salad was a huge hit with my husband and kids! It was delicious and healthy too! It was so good my husband asked if I could figure out how to make it myself so we could have it more often!
