This pasta salad is fresh, zesty, and delicious! I took it to a BBQ and it was a big hit! It’s as good as my home cooked pasta salad and saves me so much time. Put it in a bowl from home and nobody will be able to tell it’s store bought.

I think I am hooked on this salad! I seem to buy one about every 2 weeks ... no matter the season. My guests have inquired about the recipe when I included it on a summer buffet.

It's good. My daughter loves this! If I had a complaint I would say that the pieces of kale should be much smaller. smaller. This would make it easier to eat.

This is a great dish to serve at your own gathering or take to a potluck. It is great as iis or you might add olives or artichoke hearts or? You can even microwave it and serve as a casserole. If you serve it a day or 2 later you might wantb to add some extra olive oil or salad dressing. I noticed that Sam's is now selling it in the bigger containers. I would prefer the smaller ones and then decide if I need one or two😉.

OK… so I really LOVE THIS SALAD! DONT know what it is or why, but when I first ate it, it was my go to craving. Price is pretty good too! They also serve smaller portions for single servings in the cafeteria. It’s around $4. This… you pay at the register but must scan the item. Eat this with some Rotisserie chicken and you’re good to go.

I would have given 5 stars if you start making this delicious pasta salad with "baby" Kale. The pasta sun-dried tomatoes and feta all blend wonderfully together but the kale is a little tough with the stems. I think baby kale would do the trick to make this a 5 star mediterranean pasta salad!!

My daughter brought me a serving of these, one holiday when we were both too exhausted to host. We each cooked for our homes and I had her to come by and get some of my desserts. I had never had Kale but gave it a try and was pleasantly surprised. It's a hearty little dish, all on its own. Stir it up and enjoy!!

I rate the Mediterranean Kale Pasta Salad 5-of-5 stars because it is a healthier food choice in pasta salads and a well-balanced mix of tasty goodness. I first ordered this salad on March 3, 2023 (5) count and I was not disappointed. The salad arrived in a clear hard container that was appropriately sealed to resist tampering and to lock in the salad’s freshness. The cooked pasta was the current firmness neither too soft, nor undercooked and though certainly, I am no fan of kale, I will say that the combination of the pasta, feta, parmesan, sun-dried tomatoes, and basil garlic oil dressing along with the kale, was a perfect blend making each bite an enjoyable delight. Cons The net weight of the salad is generally under 1 pound; however, with Sam’s Club delivery, I was charged at least (twice) the listed price for each salad, then I was also charged the delivery fee. *Sadly, I must also review that not every container is prepared using the appropriate sanitation seal. My next order arrived with the seal label on a side that allowed anyone … even delivery personnel to open and ingest the meal, or worse; therefore, I caution the purchaser to be sure the container is properly sealed before consuming this meal.

This would have been great if there weren't so many thick stems. Anyone who eats kale knows that you typically eat some stem mostly leaf but when you purchase by weight and the majority of the weight of this are the thick kale stems it's very disappointing.

This pasta salad is a good starter. I like to add more fresh chopped veggies to it, like onions, carrots or peppers. It tastes really good. I also, like to portion this into sandwich bags, flatten them and freeze for later. Thaws out really fast on it's own. Makes a good summer lunch for a single person.
