Normally a 5. This batch was slightly tougher. I would buy again though

For a ribeye this is one tough cut of meat with lots of gristle..

It was a beautiful steak. Just tougher and less flavorful than expected at $20 a pound.

Toughest steak I ever had. Had to press very hard on top quality steak knife just to cut a slice. Really bad piece of meat. Went in trash.

A little too much cartilage in the center of the steaks. Taste is good. Tenderness is also 4 out of 5.

Choice seems to be a better option. The packaging looked like a strip & a ribeye. I won't purchase this again.

Not the same meat any more. Quality and quantity went down drastically. Weird cut. Labels don't mean anything any more.

Very tough. Had to use to make stir fry and similar dishes. Extremely disappointed in the quality. I should have returned the meat.

Tough and not cut even, one end was 1" thick, the other 1/2". Not as much flavor as most rib-eye's I've had
