I have purchased steaks twice at Sam’s, Ribeye and New York Strip. Both were supposed to be Prime at least that is what the label said. They were very tough. You need to send your meat department employees to HEB to understand what quality meat is. I will never buy steak from Sam’s again.

Wow! I have bought my meat at Sam’s for at least 25 or 30 years and never have I gotten a worse steak than the one contained in this package. When I pay for a prime ribeye, I expect it to be tender. One of these steaks was nothing but gristle! I was so very disappointed in this.

A little too much cartilage in the center of the steaks. Taste is good. Tenderness is also 4 out of 5.

Best beef anywhere. Bought 3 steaks for Valentine's Day for my family. Cost was a little pricey but again the quality was so much better than Steak houses. The three steaks cost $94.00

Tender and delicious! The price wasn’t bad relatively comparing it to other Sam’s Club pricing of the same product at other times.

The past three times that I purchased steaks they were tough and disappointing. Before the steaks were great! I’m not sure what’s happened but the Quality has changed!

These were 1.5" thick, with a big cap. I dry brined them, brushed with olive oil, added Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning and grilled them to med-rare. They were as good as a Morton's or Ruth's Chris steak!
