Too expensive. Only purchase this cut of beef when hosting a cookout. Overall, it was delicious.

Disappointed. We grill out several times a week and found them very tough, especially for ribeye.

Lots of gristle for premium meat. Spent almost $60 for 3 steaks. Not the quality it should be.
