Nice marbling and thickness. Grilled using cast iron grate on top of charcoal chimney (controlled hotspot, less charcoal). Steak perfection. Tender, juicy, medium rare inside, criss cross marks and fat charred on the outside.

Over half of the ribeyes were fat and had a vein of gristle throughout. 3 ribeyes/pkg for $57 and it wasn’t fit to eat. If I could rate lower I would. Very disappointed.

This is the most garbage quality beef you could ever buy. And for the price per lb. that they charge, it’s borderline criminal. The steaks are 80% water always.
