Usually these ribeyes get a 5. This time they had hard grizzle throughout and the flavor was definitely lacking. We've enjoyed these for years but this pack just wasn't the same.

These are better than average. Still not Prime but good. Can't say that the price is good. All meat has gotten ridiculous. Along with everything else.

The meat had good flavor and texture, but I needed to trim some fat off the side of both steaks. So that made it more expensive than it should have been. That's why I made it 4stars

These steaks were really good! Nice quality meat and just enough fat to make them have a good quality. Not as thick as I like but still decent. Hit or miss with steaks everywhere so I was surprised how good these were.

Terrible. Tough as leather. SAMs used to have the best ribeyes. I was never disappointed until this purchase. Not sure I’d try buying again with the cost of meat now.

The taste was good but a little too much fat that didn't really cook down. More grissle.since Covid literally my POV meat isn't the same. I wouldn't mind paying the price for better quality.

Great peice of meat 2 pk ribeye steaks good thickness and marbling only thing is Outrageous Price per pound. Have to be a millionaire to afford any meat products at Sam's club.

Probably some of the best steaks that I have bought in our area ever. Just the right thickness and tender as could be. My wife even ate it a little on the rare side for her because they were so tender.

In the past Sams has been noted for it's good quality meats, especially beef. Recently, the quality of the meat has dramatically changed, for the worse I'm sorry to say. A USDA graded Choice cut means that there is a particular amount of "fat marbling" in the meat and fat content throughout the piece. That's what gives the Ribeye for example it's delicious flavor. Lately your Ribeye steaks using this example have had hardly enough marbling and fat content overall for the USDA to grade it Choice, but only on the margin. Overall the Choice beef of late is okay to eat, but in my opinion, just okay. Sam's beef is certainly not what it was in years past.

Excellent quality of meat and superb cuts however with that the price is the determine factor even tho it has excellent pro's it's the con',s that gets you lol. I understand you can't have everything no matter how much you wish for but for most of us we are on a fixed budget and it foodshare /snap so we are limited to such luxury items ,. If it was possible to lower the price a little more it would greatly help .
