Very disappointed with the packaging of their meat lately. the last four or five meat products I have purchased, the one piece they put under the labels are terrible. on the ribeyes the one under the labels was at least 60% fat and was not even cut like a ribeye, same as with other meat. Sam's has become very deceptive with their meat packaging

Ribeye are usually more fatty and I don't mind because it makes the meat so flavorful. But the last time I bought these they were so bad that my husband and I couldn't even eat them. We ended up throwing them out. They were so full of gristle we couldn't even cut around it to get a bite of meat.

We rarely eat beef, but decided to treat ourselves for New Years Eve and this didn't disappoint us. It was so delicious! We like our beef medium well and this cooked to perfection. It wasn't dry at all and the flavor was amazing. I'll be buying more for those special occasions.

Choice beef is a great choice. The steaks cut and packaged in the club rarely disappoint. I always marinate them before cooking in iron skillet, turning every 30 seconds. They are cooked through evenly, tender, and taste great. Beware, Sam's has been also selling pre-packed steak (sealed in a green package) and they are not as good. They are sold 2 in a pack, but are not as thick as the ones cut in the club. Nor where they as good. Tougher and did not have the same taste.

In the past Sams has been noted for it's good quality meats, especially beef. Recently, the quality of the meat has dramatically changed, for the worse I'm sorry to say. A USDA graded Choice cut means that there is a particular amount of "fat marbling" in the meat and fat content throughout the piece. That's what gives the Ribeye for example it's delicious flavor. Lately your Ribeye steaks using this example have had hardly enough marbling and fat content overall for the USDA to grade it Choice, but only on the margin. Overall the Choice beef of late is okay to eat, but in my opinion, just okay. Sam's beef is certainly not what it was in years past.

Excellent quality of meat and superb cuts however with that the price is the determine factor even tho it has excellent pro's it's the con',s that gets you lol. I understand you can't have everything no matter how much you wish for but for most of us we are on a fixed budget and it foodshare /snap so we are limited to such luxury items ,. If it was possible to lower the price a little more it would greatly help .

Great quality meat. Sam’s needs to work on lower meat prices. Two local stores had lower prices than Sam’s this week.

They are still good but they are not as good and tender as they use to be. Now they are tougher than they use to be.

The steaks that come from Sam's are no good anymore. I don't know what happened and they're overly priced.

There was so much grissel(sp) you couldn't eat 1/3 of the steak and for the price paid that's crazy. Very disappointed!
