We saw this storage box online and liked the price and features. The color is actually dark brown, not the grey shown online. After ordering it was quickly shipped. The assembly is extensive but the instructions are well done. You definitely need the tools recommended, especially the battery powered drill with nut driver. There are many self tapping screws. The finished box is very sturdy and is made to high quality standards. We have our deck chair cushions stored in it and hope it is reasonably weather proof. The manufacturer clearly states it’s not waterproof, but we are hoping it’s water resistant. Time will tell.

I purchased a 150 gallon deck box for a Christmas gift. It came unassembled. The assembly was easy. All of the part fit as they should. There was an extra of each nut, bolt and washer - but they weren't needed. I assembled it by myself although the instructions recommended two people. I was very pleased with the product.

Assembling this storage box took about 30 minutes. All items fit together quite well requiring only a good rubber mallet to make sure that items were seated properly. All mechanical fasteners were easily installed using an electric drill with philips tip adapter. Hardware fit as indicated. One of the gas spring used to hold up the lid did not install properly. I called customer service explained what had happened and a new gas spring is being shipped ASAP.

I ALSO liek this DEPTH / width verses larger units which a re longer but more NARROW. This deck box, tho technically 'smaller' cuft allows me to put and fit a FULL-SIZE STIHL BACKBACK BLOWER inside..WITH complete hose attached!

Seems sturdy, however it is no better than similarly priced competitors such as Keter. My biggest gripe is the assembly, which was overly complicated needing unnecessary amount of tools that were not provided. The lid won't close completely because the two metal locks rub against each other. In a word, if this is on massive discount buy it. Otherwise, I'd stick with its competitors such as Keter or Suncast which I also own and happy with.

This is the second 116 gallon LIFETIME storage box we've purchased. We use the first one to store windshied cleaaner, brake fluid, funnels, a battery harger, car polish, etc.. The second one will hold Bobcat Trackloader gear: hydraulic oil, a grease gun,paper towels, rags, tie wire and such.

I have enjoyed the 150 gallon outdoor storage deck box for almost three years. It is a well designed and manufactured product that has stood up remarkably well to the high heat, humidity and precipitation in Florida. It's still Florida though and when a few of the metal components showed signs of rust I emailed customer support and got a prompt reply and shipment on the parts I needed. Great product and customer support!

We've had our Outdoor Storage Deck Box for nearly two years now. It's used to store cushions for our outdoor furniture. Our cushions continue to look brand new when stored in the deck box. The positive locking top keeps items dry in the winter and the two wall construction keeps the inside temperature constant during the hot summers. The exterior finish of the box keeps it looking brand new as well. Will be buying another to keep pool toys,towels, and accessories safe during the off season. Would not hesitate to recommend this Deck Box!

This is so utilitarian for many storage items. We bought it to store kindling on our front porch. It keeps the porch looking tidy and will keep the wood dry. The instructions were easy to understand and all of the parts were provided. Very pleased with this purchase.

Took 45 minutes to assemble. Instructions were easy to understand. Plenty of space for storage. Deck box is solid and good value. All parts were present, labeled and fit correctly. I read some previous negative reviews and all I can say is" Follow the directions, use the correct tools and you'll have no problems" . No engineering degree required!
