Purchased the heavy-duty outdoor storage box, one of the hydraulics was broke. I called customer service and without any questions asked, they immediately sent me two new ones even though only 1 was needed.

We love this addition to our outside decor! And I can’t say enough about customer service, we had a issue with one part and they gladly sent out a replacement for us! Now bring on the warmer weather

Everything was going smoothly until we go to the lid and realized I am missing a part. Did a live chat and Ian said he was sending me he replace part and I would receive in 7-10 business days. Let's hope so

I purchased this deck box a week ago , had a problem with one hinge. Called Lifetime and they sent me a new one alls well. Great customer service. Recommend Lifetime

Easy to assemble, sturdy, water tight, looks great. I also bought another brand, the other brand was flimsy in comparison, harder to assemble, but still a good purchase. I am pleased with both storage pieces.

I went for this deck box because I’ve been pretty impressed with other Lifetime products. Setup was a breeze, with clear instructions and all parts included and easy to identify. The box is solid and looks like it’s built to last. Excellent value.

Perfect size for holding all of our deck cushions and freeing up storage space in our garage. It looks nice and is heavy duty. Was easy to assemble. Highly recommend.

Nuts provided were slightly too small for the bolts and would not screw in without great effort and extra tools (locking wrench and sockets). Other than the assembly issue, the deck box works perfectly and was a worthwhile purchase.
