I bought this item a few years ago to use for outdoor storage. It stands to the weather nicely (I live in the Caribbean) but the cover is not durable where it screws in and now there is a gap where it no longer closes securely

I damaged one of the parts during installation. I called and it was no problem. They replaced the part no charge. I am very satisfied with the product and that they backed it up with unquestioning service.

Shame your storage boxes aren't more freely available in Australia. I love them and the quality of the rest is very poor competition to your own unfortunately. Costco has the new 150 gallon

I love it it is totally waterproof after I got it put together I put it on my back deck and it rain for two days. Everything in it was very dry. I'd recommend it totally.

right & Left sides didn’t see marking. The corner screws on step 1.1 had to be removed so bolts on step 2.6 would align. One gas arm had broken clips - expecting a replacement

We bought this a couple of years ago and have enjoyed having it to keep our outdoor toys in one location. It has held up really well to the elements and to the rough kids ;) Lifetime products are always great!

It is so much sturdier than other deck boxes I have had. One of the parts that came with the box was faulty. I contacted them and they said they would send me the replacement part right away. I definitely recommend anything made by Lifetime.

The porch box was what I expected and came before I expected it. Nice surprise. The box definitely kept my chair cushions dry. I’m pleased with my buy.

My best friend has this box in his back yard on his patio. It holds all of his kids outdoor toys and lots of different balls. This box is attractive, sturdy and has tons of storage space! Very impressed!

We bought this to put extra outdoors items in. Just put it together. It was quite easy for the two of us. We are not good at reading directions and it went together fine. We love it.
