I love their outdoor sheds. I have six different sheds and deck boxes and they’re all great! I'm completely impressed with Lifetime's customer service. I had a problem with a lid for a deck box and they sent out a replacement, no questions asked, free of charge!! I'll definitely buy more products from this consumer friendly company!!

Hello Lifetime Products Team, We bought this from Wholesale warehouse. Compared to all the things we have assembled, this one was one of the hardest and took pretty much most of the day. Of course, the YouTube Videos by LifeTime crew made it look easy but real one was not that smooth. I don't understand why would plastic holes were not pre-drilled or partial drilled. On top of that instructions were not the best for those steps. For example, it said use the Drill and don't use the Wrench. It actually worked better with the Wrench. Lining up those Drill screws and inserting them were *really* difficult. One of the last steps in Lid assembly seemed to have manufacturing defect as 3 of the 4 holes lined up but 4th was off by couple of mm. It's making that side of the Lid don't close all the way down as expected :-( Sorry, but I will not be able to recommend this to anyone ! SK

Bought two 150 Gallon deck boxes. Finally did the assembly and neither box lid will close. Taking a closer look at all the side components, they are all bowed and warped. What a mistake on this purchase! Trying to figure out how to return these poorly designed units.

My friend has this product and loves it, so I bought mine after seeing how nice her's was. When I assembled mine one of the 2 gas springs was defective. I emailed customer service from the Lifetime website and told them the situation. The were immediately responsive and helpful. They shipped a replacement part at no cost and it arrived quickly. I installed it and the box works perfectly. I am very happy with this company and their quality products. 5 stars!!

Just the right size for the deck. Purchased at lumber yard for great price. Followed the directions and went together in less than 2 hours and wasn't in a hurry. Quality is great. Used drill to start all fasterns then finished with hand tools as to not over tighten anything. All parts fit together without issue. Again follow the direction and all should go well. GREAT PRODUCT...

Just what I needed for my chair cushions. Installation was simple and straight forward. All the hardware was included and everything fit where the instructions said it would. Assembled the entire thing in about 30 minutes and my 9 year old did most of the work. Not sure what the other reviewers are complaining about. Good size box and should do the job.

The box was easy to assemble (it took about 90 minutes to do myself) and is fairly sturdy. However, the plastic sides bow out, causing a gap between the lid and box sides. A fair amount of water got into it during the first rainstorm, which is very disappointing. While it'll provide a decent cover for items from sunlight and pollution/pollen, I'll have to bring all of the contents in during storms. Overall disappointed in the quality.

This deck box is large and deep. Holds all our patio cushions, 2 chairs and loveseat bottom and back cushions. Easy simple straight forward assembly. Gas strut supported lid practically opens itself. Small issue with strut resolved in minutes by manufacturer customer support staff. Highly recommend. All our family and friends have commented on the box as attrative and well made. It can also be used as a seat.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the deck box at Costco. I live a hour away and we had two parts missing and had to make a special trip to Costco to get the parts. That was ok but we put it together and the lid is warped. I feel that the cushions will not stay dry in a heavy rain, it defeats the purpose.

just like the other reviews, the assembly was ridiculous. Needed to drill my own holes, walls don't line up. After 4 hour assembly, the lid does not shut properly. I'm sure lifetime will say, "I'm sorry you had difficulty, send pictures." In the end, its just a piece of crap product.
