Deck storage along with everything else has been hard to find this year. When I found this deck box o wasnt sure how it would look when assembled. It looked great, good color and blends in with the spa. Its also very solid with metal hinges and reinforced lid. I want another!

This box is extremely sturdy and well made. After 2 years of South FL humidity, the pistons rusted. I contacted the company with photo evidence and they sent replacement parts very quickly. Overall, very pleased with the deck box and Lifetime customer service!

116 gallon deck box is exactly what I needed to store deck supplies. However, there is a problem that has supposedly been resolved (USO-14217889). Hunter placed the order on 7/28/2020. To date I have not received the gas cylinders. Please advise the method of transportation for these.

WONDERFUL large size fit ALL my patio pillows. Finally a reasonably priced deck box that was big enough, looks nice and unintrusive behind my pergola, and feels sturdy! Fairly easy to construct if you follow the directions/diagrams in order! HA! I was so excited I got ahead of myself. Highly recommend.

We purchased the 116 gallon heavy duty storage deck and as soon as we put it together we went and bought another one. That was 3 years ago and we are still loving it, but unfortunately so did the squirrels as I decided to store peanuts for them in one of the storage decks. It took us being gone on vacation for two weeks for them to chew threw it! So I contacted Lifetime to see if I could get a replacement top. Terry at customer service email me the next day requesting my address so I was thinking it was for the invoicing cost estimate. But the next email was for a confirmation of shipping... this company sent the replacement top at no charge with free shipping to me! This was during the Coronavirus..when companies are laying off and closing down, they are serving their customers!! Lifetime is an excellent company!! We are lifelong customers!

Easy to assemble. As advertised. Gas springs wouldn't snap on and tabs got bent making them useless. However, customer service was great and will be sending replacement parts. He did however mention that it may take 3 weeks. So I might have to update this then. A little worried about the quality/durability now but am confident about them being responsive.

This box is excellent! A 65 yr old woman put it together without an electric drill. I just used a socket, driver and screwdriver. Really easy and went together perfectly. The instructions were pretty simple and all of the parts were listed and packaged as they are used. I highly recommend to anyone. All 4 chair cushions, pumps, blankets, grill cover and other odds and ends fit in no problem. Can also be used as additional seating area.

I’m new to this. It’s ok. Not built to last forever but 10-20 years sound like it. So many different size nuts and bolts. With right tools (sockets and wrenches) u can do it in 3-4 hours. 116 gallon is honestly small. If u r putting only very small items like trowels and gardening “fast moving” items it might be enough but I wish for 200 gallons and up so I can store brooms or longer tools. I had to improvise on holes for nuts and bolt. It wasn’t predrilled. So that was also a turnoff. Think in ten years when this goes I’m gonna build my own using wood-base design (like a mini shed). This is definitely cheap material with plastic that technical ppl know will not last. Designed for repurchase or repeat customers. If u r handyman u r better off DIY project. This is my first attempt at buying prebuilt and reaffirms that we are better off doing it ourselves using better materials. I feel like this was even 3d printed with plastic. The advantage of this is of course saving on the time from research design but bc imo it wasn’t built to last (as many commercial things are these days) one is better off spending time to creatively go to Lowe’s or Home Depot and buy raw quality materials. And if u do go for this spend $150 ish on a 200-gallon size version which is available on a sale.

The box itself seems very sturdy and made of good quality materials. It is very room inside and so far through several days of rain has stayed dry inside. The only con - the directions could be a little better. There are a couple of places where you are drilling into the plastic itself and there is no whole. We would have saved some time putting it together if they just stated that. We had to stop and look it up on YouTube to make sure we were understanding the directions correctly because we assumed there would be a whole. Other than that small detail, so far so good and we are happy with the purchase.

I purchased a 150 gallon deck box for a Christmas gift. It came unassembled. The assembly was easy. All of the part fit as they should. There was an extra of each nut, bolt and washer - but they weren't needed. I assembled it by myself although the instructions recommended two people. I was very pleased with the product.
