This was a great purchase for my patio pillows.. it’s resistant to rain, hail, and wind.

Great box, so far it has been water resistant. The lid is a little warped, but suits the purpose.

This deck box is wonderful. It stores all of our hot tub supplies. Its rain proof to so we can store our cushions too.

Excellent quality. Does need 2 people to assemble as instructions state. Very sturdy. Large capacity for storage and looks great on deck.

Purchased 2-3 months ago and assembled easily in 1 hour. Now thoroughly tested in storms and sun. Not a drop of water ever inside. Perfect size for all our fire pit and patio table accessories as well as Big Green Egg charcoal and accessories. Couldn't be happier and glad we waited for this new super large capacity box with lid that hangs over the box sides making it extremely water tight.

We purchased this from Costco The installation was very fiddly and not as simple as the instructions showed. The gas springs on the lid seem to be at weird angle and appear to stop the lid closing tightly although having a lock helps. The front of the box looks slightly bowed also. It does keep garden cushions dry. We were missing 1 gas spring and emailed the company directly and we’re sent one in the post - great customer service.

The box went together easily. The instructions were easy and straight forward. It is a very sturdy heavy duty box. Appears to be water tight and critter proof (as critter proof as anything can be). So impressed that the next day I ordered another one (I have a lot of cushions to store). Now, I damaged one of the gas spring that keeps the lid open when in use. Not a product problem nor a instruction problem, this was clearly an "installer" problem. I called to order a replacement. In 10 seconds the rep understood what product I had and what part I was requesting. 30 seconds later, he had all of my information. I never repeated anything! Then he said, "ok, it's on the way". I asked, "what about a credit card for the part", he answered that he was authorized to take care of this type of situation and was sending it out at no cost. I responded that perhaps I miscommunicated but this wasn't a warranty situation nor an issue with poor instructions, I broke the part. He said that he understood and that they were glad to take care of it. Great Product, great experience!

We bought this box to hold the cushions for our outside furniture. The box looks very nice on our deck, and it's very sturdy and very roomy. Had a minor problem with one of the parts (we actually may have messed it up during assembly) but when I emailed customer service and explained the problem, Terry immediately arranged for a replacement part to be sent. Delivery of the box was prompt and assembly was not too difficult. My son and his wife put it together for us in about 1/2 an hour. We are very pleased with our purchase. We tried to purchase another one for my dad's deck but they are sold out!

Received storage box and put it together. It is now on a screened in porch and the wife is happy with it. Construction of the box appears to be fairly solid so it should have a fairly long useful life. I am planning on setting it on some 2X4 's to get some air circulation underneath it - we have some wet and humid weather here.

The 6 nuts and bolts are the wrong size The nuts will not thread onto the bolts. Either one is metric or the nut thread is fine while the bolt is coarse. You can only thread it on 1/3 of a turn I ordered more nuts and bolts. They showed up today and they are the same wrong ones. FYI, I own a construction company. I found a nut in my garage that fit the bold.
