We smoked on in the smoker, everyone ask where I got the meat from because it was so tender and good.

Fantastic meat - tender and juicy and a great value. We cut it into steaks, vacuum seal them and freeze until ready to use.

Tenderloin was in good shape (not ragged from butchering). Flavor and texture were good. It was easy to trim into roast with trimmings for another meal.

This was a great cut of meat. We trimmed it and sliced steaks for the whole family. We have bought these beef tenderloins many times, and are always happy with our selections.
