First time I bought a beef tenderloin for Christmas dinner from Sam’s Club. It was absolutely delicious! I cut the meat with a butter knife. It was very tender.

I’ve purchased tenderloins from Sam’s for years and they have been excellent. This year, not so much. Not as good a cut as in the past. Hope this was a one time occurrence.

I’ve never bought steak from Sam’s Club before so I didn’t know how good it would be. It was so tender and delicious, worth much more than what I paid. I would definitely do it again.

Have bought these about 5 times over the past few years, but this one was full of fat and grissle. And what I did salvage was not nearly as tender or tasty as previous.

Very well pleased . If you’re willing to trim up and cut the fat and silver lining off then you can have some very nice fillets. Plus the trimmed meat cutting make great Beef Stroganoff.

We buys and share with son and his wife. Saves money and meat is super tender. Son cuts it into various cuts of me, we shrink wrap and freeze it and it lasts both families 2-3 months

This meat is excellent. I served 2 whole tenderloins plus a 9 lb ham to 35 people on Christmas eve. I know how to cook this and it turns out great. Awesome meat. Would be better if it were grass fed, organic.

Our family does not do turkey on Thanksgiving. So we always choose something special we love. This year was SO delicious. We cut it into filet mignons. Plus, we have extra pieces in the freezer so can continue to love it!!

Sam's does not usually have this package on display since the cut is used to slice fillets. They provide one if asked. Made for a nice #4 roast with minimal trimming.

The last two that I have bought recently have considerably better shape to them. I am able to get more steaks out of these last two and less waste. Flavor has been goid
